[ His curse may have ended a couple of days ago but between the impromptu camping trip and needing some downtime, it's only now that Roxas manages to get to cleaning up his room because someone told him he should collect flowers for everyone. Which is what he did. Almost a full room of them in fact--and without the knowledge that flowers generally die without water he just left them on his floor.

It is now a huge, shrivelled mess he is having to clean up--they are literally everywhere. So today's video feed starts with him standing in his room with several garbage bags and flower remains just everywhere. ]

Does anyone know if there's like...some giant compost or anything we can use if we've got a lot of stuff that could go in it? All I could see are garbage bins and there's kind of a lotta stuff here... [ THANKS ARTHUR. ]

--Oh. And um...I guess. Sorry if I worried anyone a while back. I was cursed and couldn't really think that straight. I'm all better now though! Uh...yeah.

[ And then the feed ends and he'll get back to dragging these giant bags of dried-out flowers down out to the front of Freya's Welcome House until he can figure out what to do to them! ]

There's no rush. [Biting her tongue so hard. She's sending him off to be with another girl because she has to be a good person, but that doesn't mean it's easy.]

[She's kept herself plenty busy while he was comforting his friend, no waiting forlornly by the bracelet for her - the tailor shop is overloaded with jobs and working with minimal equipment after the flood destroyed a good deal of it, so she's been taking work home to do on her own sewing machine. She's halfway through a hemming job, pincushion strapped to her wrist and hands flying.

[ About halfway through that job is when she'll get a call on her bracelet. It's been a little awkward and a lot relieving to know he helped a little with someone else for a change instead of always having to rely on others, so despite conversation topics that came up Roxas is feeling okay about himself c: Ring ring Nakama ]

[She answers the call, and her face is full of concern when she sees Roxas.]

Hi. How did it go?

I think...actually well. It's the first time I've felt like I actually helped someone instead of the other way around. Thanks for the advice...it's all thanks to you.

Hey, give yourself some credit. [Blushing deeply.] It's one thing to hear advice, but doing something like watching someone cry without panicking is pretty hard. You played a part, too.

I don't know about the not panicking thing...I'm pretty sure I did a little of that.

It's only natural. If you see someone hurting, you want to help them. That's how a good person is.

I'm glad to hear it went alright, though. I was thinking of you. [She stands up and starts folding the pair of pants she was working on.] I have to thank you again for the sewing machine, too... a lot of the ones at my shop were destroyed in the flood, so I've been taking some work home to deal with the overflow. I'd feel so useless if I couldn't help in some way.

Haha, well you're a pretty good person too you know... Don't forget not to push yourself too hard okay? [ He's glad that hew sewing machine survived :c that would have been awful otherwise ]

[A slightly weary smile. How often has she heard that?] I'm only doing it during my free time, and I'm still getting to bed at a reasonable hour. Don't worry.

And...you'll still have time to get together for the dinner and theatre right? Or did you want to hold off on that until you've got less work...?

Oh, no - ! I definitely still want to do that! My evenings are always free, so whatever day is best for you.

Oh! Okay, then, um...how about tomorrow? That's not too soon is it?

[Her heart gives a little skip in her chest. She's nervous about her first date, and he's just diving headlong into it?]

Um... no, tomorrow is fine. It's good.

I guess this means you're ready for me to come over, huh? [Quick topic change!]

O-oh! Yeah! Yeah, I was just giving some more bags to Euri and Hanako for Arbour Day.... You can come over.

Oh, are they going to revive them? That's good.

I'll be right there. [And sure enough, she's getting up and sliding off her wrist pincushion before cutting the feed.]

[ He'll be waiting outside on the steps like the dutiful guy he is c: A little apprehensive yes, because he's having the girl he likes over in front of whoever else may be in Freya, but excited all the same to see her. She'll get a bright wave from him when he sees her turn toward the welcome house ]

[Some days, she feels like she'll never get used to being greeted happily, and she's kind of glad of that. It's fun to get that rush of giddy exhilaration when she realizes that smile or that wave is for her, and it's genuine. She breaks into a brilliant smile and hurries her steps to a jog to greet him.]

Hey, Roxas. I think this is the first time I've been over to your house with you, isn't it?

Ah... You know I think you might be right about that. Wow, sorry--I should have had you over when it wasn't a huge mess.

Oh, don't worry about it. I don't mind helping, and at least now I'll know your room number in case of emergencies. [She doesn't want to bring up the curse directly, but it still lingers on the air after that statement, implicit in her worry.]

So. How much is there left to do?

Well...it'd be great if I had a vacuum but I think just one more bag. It'll probably smell like flowers in there for weeks. [ Which honestly could be worse--at least flowers smell nice ]

You've been working hard, then. Let's go get the rest of it cleaned up. I can bring over my vacuum another time and we can get the deep-down cleaning done.

You have a vacuum??

It was one of the first things I bought when I got my job. It's second-hand too, but it runs just fine. I like to keep things clean.
