[Barnaby and Kotetsu could be doing so many more valuable things with their time right now, like exploring the other districts, asking questions, figuring out who they were dealing with in terms of other "residents". But no, instead the two were currently held up with arguing with a snowman.

Well, one of them was. As Kotetsu continues to take part in a yelling contest with one of Thor's confrontational snowmen, Barnaby tries his best to keep his partner out of trouble and is holding him back to the best of his ability. What with all the movement going on, his bracelet happens to switch on to voice allowing everyone to hear this very nice conversation going on.]

Would you please calm down? You're making a scene.

Ca- Calm down? Me?! You tell this guy to calm down! I didn't even do anything! Now let me go already so I can give this pile of snow a piece of my mind!

Do you realize how ridiculous it is that you're arguing with a snow-- please stop struggling!

If he thinks my face is weird I want to see how his looks like when I'm done punching it in! nng-DAH! Let go Bunny!

[The snowman just throws a few more taunts at Kotetsu which gets him more arguing in return and Barnaby is really wishing he didn't have to deal with this right now. It's almost enough to give him a headache. Who argues with a snowman? Besides, it's not like what he's saying is anything to get riled up about. Why must he always be the adult in these situations?

A few seconds later, another snowman approaches and proceeds to tell Barnaby that his hairstyle is ugly and outdated.]

Excuse me?!

[Almost about to let Kotetsu go but nope, keeping a hold of his arms while he tries to tune out the insults. He's not going to let some snowman get under his skin.]

[Yuri sighs and reaches for his bracelet. He knows those voices only too well.

Heroes. Of course. Just what he needs. And not just any Heroes, but these two. His feelings are slightly mixed, as there is a certain appeal to the familiarity of seeing people from home in this strange and unpleasant place, but overall, he's not pleased to see them. He doesn't believe anyone should be brought here, but in addition, the possibility of being in closer contact with Wild Tiger and Barnaby Brooks, Jr. isn't something he's exactly looking forward to.

Well, it could conceivably be worse, and it's not as if he can reasonably expect to avoid them within such a small community, so he might as well contact them at once.

He appears via video. His expression is serious, but more or less neutral, yet inwardly, he's judging the both of them for behaving like children.]

[Barnaby's about to either give up and leave Kotetsu here to deal with his snowman on his own or drag him off to stop making an embarrassment of himself in the public eye until the screen pops up where his bracelet is. At first he pauses, thinking he must have accidentally turned it on and is about turn it off... until he realizes not just whose voice is speaking to the both of them but who the face belongs to as well.

...this is turning into such a disaster.]

Mr. Petrov! [Quickly enough Barnaby lets Kotetsu go and calms himself down enough to make a better impression, trying to step away from the snowmen enough so their yelling doesn't drown him out.]

I-I'm sorry, we should be able to handle this situation soon enough. When did you arrive here? Are you all right?

[He's sort of given up on holding Kotetsu back but still managing to keep an eye on him so he doesn't cause damage. It's not like snowmen can be physically injured... right?]

It seems to be harder and harder to simply ignore them with how confrontational they are, but we're doing our best. [More like he is. Kotetsu's too busy trying to kick snowman butt.]

I'm not fixing anything. This is your responsibility and I believe you should be expected to handle it on your own.

[Someone's still mad about having their hair dissed. Directing his attention back to their "guest" on the bracelet.]

Unfortunately I don't believe telling them to stop is going to do any good, and that's the only thing that could probably solve this that wouldn't involve violence.

Aaaand then he'll approach them from behind. Hopefully they won't mind a three-foot, blue hedgehog (who looks nothing like one) interrupting their little endeavor.]
