[after a while of trying to make sense of what the maid that welcomed him explained to him, Castor finally decides to get his bracelet to work & after... another while of trying to get that to work, he finally managed to get the video to work.... though he doesn't seem to realize it's working. he heard a sound but.. that's it]

Ah... was that it? Does it work? Hello? [he's not used to such technology so the lack of response troubles him. there's a concerned frown on his face] Perhaps I should just try.. maybe someone will hear me.

[he straightens himself up, coughing slightly before opening his mouth to speak]

My name is Castor. I am a knight of Arcadia, which.... I am not... in anymore. [a frown, but he quickly recovers with a small, friendly smile] This situation is ah, quite new to me & I am not sure exactly what is going on so I would like to ask for some assistance.

[there's a brief pause. woops looks like he finally realized how this 'video' thing works!]

O-Oh, um... yes well. I am s-still not used to this, er... this bracelet. I'm not sure how it works, yet. Perhaps someone can provide an explanation to me. [he sighs]

Oh, yes! I would also like to ask— [video cuts off! maybe he accidentally did something?]

Oh that would be wonderful. I was just wondering if everyone else was pulled from their own worlds as well.

I'm pretty sure that's the case! There are some people who are from the same world I believe, but everyone came from their own world as far as I know.

I see... & what of the natives here? Do they speak to us as well?

Yep! The gods talk to everyone every now and then, and there are stores that the natives run, so it's not like they don't interact with us at all.

I see! Does the color situation affect them at all? Is it just the cities themselves that have lost color?

[acquamarina]

No, it affects them too... [Her cheer dampens ever so slightly.] If you lose the bracelet that you received when you first got here, eventually you become like the gray faceless natives.

That is not good. [he looks down at his bracelet] Thank you for the warning. I'll make sure not to take it off.

Please do. [nodding seriously but then she's back to cheerful] I'm sure it's a lot to take in, but if you need any help regarding locations in the city of familiarizing yourself with it, I could definitely help with that.
