[.001] [Video] + [Text] (Early Morning) - Open to Action for Sigyn's Welcome Hall + Right Outside
[The video clicks on not to a view of a person, but a window. Outside the window is snow, snow, and more snow... and what appears to be a moving snowman outside. Those with the proper knowledge might recognize it as the snowman from Sigyn's district.]
...Is that supposed to happen? [It comes from off-screen. She does her best to keep sight of the snowman until it disappears from view.] Has anyone been here long enough to know? [At that point, the camera goes still for a few moments, then begins to move again as she steps over to the door and, after a moment of hesitance, opens it. When she does, the snowman is right there, and it startles her enough for to drop the bracelet, effectively shutting off the feed.]
[A little while later, there's a text message added.]
I think it's okay. He seemed nice.

voice.
[ shhh, he knows she hasn't, but he can't resist poking just a little fun. ]
[Voice]
[Oh.]
[She knows that voice. It's even more startling to hear than it was for her to discover that Ventus, Aqua and Vanitas were in the city, because this one belongs to someone who's supposed to be dead. That's not to say that she's not happy to hear that he isn't, but it's still terribly difficult to believe her ears. Surely there might be someone else who sounds like that...? It would make more sense than him being there live and in the flesh. Something in the back of her mind keeps telling her there's no way it's not him, but perhaps a little more information might help her reconcile that feeling with the facts.]
...You have?
[Her voice is just a bit cautious. It's not really a question so much her attempting to half-poke fun back, since accusing what might be a stranger of being a (supposedly) dead guy she knows strikes even her as a bit awkward.]
voice.
Naaaah. But it sounds cool, doesn't it?
[Voice]
I guess so.
[Pause.]
...Axel?
voice.
[ he snickers a little, amused by her seeming confusion. ]
Didn't think I'd be seeing you again so soon, Namine.

I haven't seen any movies. [The name sounds like it might be right, though. Either way, it's an extremely dim recollection and it takes her a while to work out even,] They're supposed to be nice right? The snowmen in the stories I mean.

They're not dangerous.
[Text]
[--Wait, there was a 'they' there.] Do you mean that there's more than one?
video forever
Did you get one from them?
[Text forever--]
I got something but it wasn't like that. The snowman gave me a basket full of candy and ice cream. I'm not really sure if I should eat it.

What do you think will happen next? [Not that he'd have any idea, it's more of a speculation than anything.]

[And a moving snowman is rather cute, as long as it's not a murderous moving snowman.]

I'm not really sure I should eat it.

He asked me for something warm but there wasn't anything warm to eat or drink ready and I don't know how to cook so I gave him a scarf.

[ There's a relaxed smile in her voice. This girl seems like she had been all kinds of uneasy before. ]
[Voice]
Kairi?]
[To hear that voice is quite a surprise. She's already had a few of those today, but this one still makes an impression nonetheless. As before, she doubts her ears, but that is a voice she's heard both briefly in her own life and plenty of in memories - someone else's, of course. It's easy enough to believe that they've taken Kairi as well, since the gods seem to be bent on collecting people from their world, whether it makes sense to or not. (Naminé still wonders what possible use they could have for Nobodies when they're asking for tears and laughter.) She'd held out hope that maybe Kairi had been exempt, that maybe she'd be safe in their own worlds and able to return to the islands. It had been too much to ask, apparently. At least Kairi would be able to spend some time with Riku again.
Naminé will probably be thinking much the same thing once Sora shows up later in the day. All three of those kids deserve some time together.]...Hello, Kairi. [The smile in her own voice is present but just the tiniest bit strained from sympathy. Naminé still intends to answer her question, too.] He seemed kind. He asked me for something warm, and gave me a basket with candy and ice cream because I gave him a scarf.
