[ The feed switches to video, and the expression on Link’s face is a bit dazed at first. He’s never seen a device like this! He’s seen a lot of amazing things during his adventures, but this is a first. ]

What?

[ He scratches the back of his head tilting it a little. His eyes wander around, gaze full of curiosity and amazement. ]

… He’s not here.

[ Another pause. The bird isn’t the only thing on his mind. There’s someone much more important. He fought so hard to save her. Where could she have gone? If he’s here, then there’s even a small chance that she could be here, too.... His brows furrow, expression determined, and slightly worried.

There's the letter that the God gave to him, but first thing was first: ]

Zelda. Has anyone seen someone by that name?

[ But after mentally taking in the fact that Impa is here, that he has a chance to thank her--that he can speak with her again--his face lights up.

Not only that, but hearing Zelda is here too brings some mixed feelings to him. He's happy she's safe, and that shows on his face with the way he smiles widely. But... that meant that they were trapped here, too.

Not that there was any danger from the looks of things.

There's some anxiousness to his expression, as well. Seeing her over the bracelet was nice and all, but! He wanted to see Impa face to face. Zelda, too. ]

[That was... quite the spectacular range of expressions and emotions right there, Link. Impa gets the gist of it though and offers him what she hopes is a reassuring expression.]

We are situated in Heimdall. Why don't you meet us there?

[ A nod! And Link's already on his way. He knows where it is by now. ]

[Like she had when she met the other Link, she heads out to the front of the building to wait for him.]

[ And Link heads right to where Impa is. Zelda was a priority. There was no doubting that, but he had wanted to see the other woman, too. When Impa comes into view, his pace increases.

And after catching his breath, his says simply: ] You're really here.

[Impa regards him with slight amusement.] Yes, I am really here. [Why is everyone treating her like something awful happened to her.]

[She gestures to the door.] Come on. I had Zelda wait inside.
