So, people of Asgard, this is your resident Wendy Watson of Freyr House and O.2.S.T.K -- where we fight evil so you don't have to! -- speaking, and I have a question for you all. The question comes with a little preface, though, so bear with me for a minute here.

Back in my home "world," we've got aliens, werewolves, ghosts, mad scientists, vampires, zombies, and every other type of classic, comic book evil, so I'm curious, if other worlds are like that too.

What sort of supernatural, extraterrestrial, and just plain hinky stuff would I find if I went to your home town?

The plot thickens.]

You come from a normal version of Italy then, I take it.

[sicarius]

[Ezio would tell you about how he went underneath one of the massive churches in Rome and found aliens and a prophecy about the end of the world, but that's all highly classified on his end.

He laughs a little at that, though.]

Sì, I believe so. Unless you would be willing to count the disarray that is the politics in the Church. They cannot seem to keep a hold of one pope for long.

voice;

[watsowned]

I don't know why. He gets a sweet castle and a popemobile. You can't beat that.

voice;

[sicarius]

[Please hold he has never heard of these terms before. At least relating to the pope.]

Popemobile?

voice;

[watsowned]

Y'know, the pope's car. He rides around in it and does the Princess Diaries wave.

[demonstrates a slow-motion and very regal wave.]

voice;

[sicarius]

I have heard of "cars." But we do not have those in Italia. Not yet, I believe.

[Ahahaha, you're talking to a man from the Renaissance, this should be fun.]

He does do a ridiculous wave in a carriage, however.

voice;

I see. Timey-wimey shenanigans. You're from the past, er, my past. It's the past for me and, uh, obviously, the present for you.

But it seems some things never change. Gotta give the Popes props for consistency.

voice;

[sicarius]

Sì. The year is 1500 on my end.

I suppose so. Though I do have a question- have they ever changed their outfits in the future? They are still long and ornate for my time.

voice;

[watsowned]

Not really. The pope is still rockin' the long and ornate getup, complete with matching hat.

[sicarius]

Somehow I am not surprised. [He's laughing.]
