asgardeventide | (001) Video/Action for those in the castle

[For those who are currently landlocked in the castle as well, they're going to be spotting a hooded female figure pacing around the castle as if looking for something. Or, perhaps, she's more accurately inspecting and observing everything she can. Whatever it is, it doesn't seem like she's in a very cheerful mood while doing it.]

[For those inspecting the network at this hour, however, the same hooded figure is going to show up in what seems to be an accidental video. Judging from her squeak of surprise, it looks like she accidentally activated her bracelet's holographic screen and is now staring at it in what can only be assumed to be surprise.

The staring goes on for a couple of seconds, with her hand coming up to touch the screen as well, before she so eloquently starts to speak.]

I... [A pause, trying to figure out what to say now that she realizes it's recording.] ...Hello. Can someone please tell me more about this place? I'm... I'm not supposed to be here.

[...aaaaand, then she just proceeds to stare awkwardly for another second before shutting this video feed off. Mostly because she's worried sick about what's going to happen if she's here and partly because what is she doing what is going on this is hideous.]

She said I got something called Power Lending. Don't know how it's supposed to work, though.

[Pondering.] I don't know much about that one, unfortunately.

Typically, all the houses rules by the gods here have two powers, and no two powers are the same. They're all unique in their own sort of way.

The one I have is Damage Drain, Heimdall's other power. I can take someone's injuries onto myself, and heal the.

[Processing that name with the description he just gave her. After a second or two, she's going to be less confused and more utterly preoccupied.]

Wait--! Then don't you get hurt using that?

I do. [A beat. Is she worried about him?]

...But, I'm careful.

[Because, yes she's worried and won't stop being worried about this.]

I know my limits, Xion. I won't go past them.

[Except his limits are pretty much... limitless. But he's not about to make promises on how much hurt he can take. He couldn't to Aqua, and he certainly can't do it to her.]

[Not that she won't be keeping an eye on him, knowing this.]

Don't worry about me. I know how to take care of myself.

[He pauses. She doesn't know what to ask, but what can he tell her that might also tell him more about her.]

...Did you arrive with your Keyblade?

...No. Even when I try to make it show up, it just doesn't.

[Not... that she was expecting it to, all things considered.]

[He nods. Alright, so that still only makes three active Keyblades out of seven wielders. Geez.]

It won't. No abilities from our own worlds will work here. That Power Lending ability you have replaced any you had before.

Then... we're just gonna have to learn how to use these new powers?

That's right.

There are some places around the city where you can get a weapon. But no Keyblade and nothing more than the ability given to you.

Do you know anywhere I might be able to test my power out?

Sorry. Heimdall's powers aren't really... trainable. At least mine isn't. You might be able to find out more from someone who has yours.

...Guess I'll have to ask around, then.

[He smiles sheepishly.]

[Its kind of nice seeing her smile in comparison to the downcast expression she had on earlier. And something makes him want to keep talking to her.]

[She pauses for a second to think of something relevant to ask, before deciding. This seemed like a logical thing to know.]

[Logical, but loaded. He sighs lightly after a moment, deciding on what to say, what might not reveal too much.]

Axel is. Namine, Kairi... Sora. Roxas, but...

Don't mention the Organization to him. It's better to avoid the subject right now.

[He'll avoid Vanitas, Aqua and Ventus right now. They're worth a separate conversation all in their own right.]</small]

[She can't help but to suck in a small breath when he mentions Kairi of all people. She already knew Sora was here, but if Kairi was here as well... she wouldn't even know how to show her face at all without raising some questions.]

...I see. [AND, without mentioning that she already kind of brought that up.] How are Roxas and Axel?

[He catches that, and there's a little pang of regret. The similarities between them are too great, he realizes, but she would have found out about Kairi anyways.

He sighs, mussing up his hair a little bit with a hand.] They're alright. Haven't talked much to Axel, but he can take care of himself enough.

Roxas, though... like I said, just be careful what you say to him about our universe. Nobodies. Keyblades. The whole lot of it.
