[ God she's just... so conflicted right now, because it's difficult not to believe her, but it might just be a really convincing act after all and Mami always keeps her guard on, but she can't help but remember Homura's last words to her, and a part of her wonders if she should have listened to her, and really, no matter how much she looks at it, there is no reason for Homura to put up such an act. And yet... she can't just believe her so easily. Not to mention that this doesn't make any sense even if Homura isn't acting. ]

The Akemi-san I knew was always nothing but a cold and heartless person. One who I tried to cooperate and get along with in the past but consistently refused me. You claim that this is not an act, but I can't just give you the benefit of the doubt so easily.
