[Not that the Doctor looks very sorry or concerned about it as he gives the screen a wave.]

Hullo everyone. I'm the Doctor and I guess I'm the newest guest in your little community. I have everything I need apparently, my bracelet, a map, good things. I wouldn't mind my sonic screwdriver but that is a bone of contention I'm not going to get into for a while. At least five minutes anyway.

I'm the Doctor. Just the Doctor before anyone asks. Aaaaaand yep. That's about it. I'm not really good at blogging. Nice little communications system this place has going though! Wouldn't mind a look at that, though that would require my sonic screwdriver.

[At that the Doctor pauses, looking at his wrist.]

Okay I lied, that was two minutes tops. Law of averages says that if I'm here, there'll be people I know here. So speak up or forever hold your peace! [ a pause, then he smiles brightly, the mood suddenly shifting. ]

It is! Thought it fit the whole getup, needed something different. No bowtie since Second, so bringing it back!

I like it. Though I've always been of the opinion that neck ties are cool.

Well, of course they are! Whatever you wear is cool as long as you can wear it and not care what other people think.

Though, I think, personally, we can make anything cool after we chose to walk around with celery.

I'd say yes, but time flowing straight--slower path, naturally long for us. A day here would feel like eternity. Quite a while, though.

I'm in Odin. S'why I thought you'd be in Odin, but looks like house doesn't carry over. Makes sense, seems like it's more attuned to personality than actual... self.

Nice to know Jack's here. This place won't be short on thousand watt grins. Soounds like there's a bit of everything in that group.

So if lore is to be believed, it means you're super smart and I'm good at.... socializing? That or drinking alcohol. I knew that one night would catch up with me. And yes, more than likely personality attuned. Not that I drink....lots. Or often. Or even- You know what maybe I should find this sorter and have a word with them.

So we've got a brain to pick whenever one of us does something rude. Which, I've realized, is hard to do when you're talking aloud.

[ oh there goes that nose wrinkle again. ugh, wine... alcohol in general. ] Bet it's the socializing bit. But I wouldn't mind a word with him, either. Not entirely sure all my housemates are super smart, I'd say average smart. With the exceptions of a few.

Someone will say something, they always will. More than likely Donna, before we even say it. [Can't help but grin at that, it's definitely a welcome thing to see Donna around well and fine.]

They probably are smart somewhere deep down. Give them a chance, they might just surprise you.

You should see the Saturday mornings. Floor's iced over in a minute and then the flames start--caught my bowtie once! It's a danger zone. They're smart, no doubt about that. But a bit accident prone.
