He's not exactly sure what it is, and he was just hitting random buttons. Lucky him that he hit it! ... Though, he doesn't notice that he actually turned it on.

Reading it over again and again, he just keeps repeating small little sections of the letter.]

"Restoring color and life"... ? [Well... He had to restore light to the Master Sword before. Not really the same, but... oh well.]

"In order to preserve this world and the one from whence you came"... [Wait, his world if already preserved. He did stop Ganondorf and Zant, after all. Separated the Twilight Realm from his own... What else was there?] "... you must flourish within this city."

[Uh... huh. He tilts his head, looking at the paper quizzically again, before finally saying--]
