The Magic of Frost
[Action; Sigyn District]
[Sure is a regular day around here! I mean, it's colder than usual - part of why Hibiki's got a thick coat, scarf, and cap set today - but really, how odd could it be for it to get a bit chilly?
In fact, she was just on the way through her own district over to Odin's to see if she couldn't find some nice books when she first spotted the fairies. And given they're so beautiful...]
Wow! I have never seen anything like it! I wonder what it is...?
[Which, naturally, gets the attention of the fairy. As it begins to make its way towards her, Hibiki stops to admire it...
Only to give a small yelp when it promptly claws her.]
Wh-wha-?
[She is completely caught off guard, making the fairy's attack even easier. It latches onto the small girl's arm, its claws digging at her sleeve and nicking her hand in the process, leaving it chilled and numb. In a panic, Hibiki tries to pull away, accidentally slamming her bracelet into the ground as she falls.]

[Hibiki blinks in surprise as the screen comes up, but once it registers, she quickly begins her plea for aid even as her voice cracks with fear.]
S-someone, help! There's a monster or--or something. I don't-
[She is cut off with a terrified squeak as the fairy gets the jump on her.]

[She's trying hard to get that coat off if not just so she can get away from the scratching. But in her nervousness, she's fumbling with the zipper. Why won't it go?
--There! She manages to slip out and start running again, but the fairy is quick to pursue.]

The result is yet another squeak and a burst of speed. The scenery isn't exactly flying in the background, but it's definitely going faster!]

[rushing rushing rushing. It'll probably be over by the time she gets there.]

[Frankly, it depends on what timeline Yukari's on, assuming it's not just her own. So we'll just say Hibiki is rushing rushing rushing on in what is surprisingly the correct direction!]

[Seriously just look at that (admittedly beautiful) fairy following her IT'S SCARY.]
action; TURN OFF THE VIDEO ALREADY, HIBIKI
[By this point Yukari's run into one or two herself, and so she's used to charming the things. She exerts herself briefly, and the thing stops in its tracks. Keep on running and you'll run right into Yukari, though, Hibiki.]
action; TOO BUSY PANICKING
Wh-wha...?
action; oh good then you won't have time to resist /PUNCHES
Okay, c'mon, let's go, Hibiki-chan...!
action; WHY.
[She has NO IDEA why that thing just stopped, but she is most definitely going to follow Yukari now.]
action; because you're cute
You okay there?
action; you punch cute things? ;;
I... I think so. It only tore at my coat.
[She tries to clasp her hands out of habit when she realizes something's a little weird. Her right hand isn't moving as easily and, while she looks at her palm in confusion, Yukari may notice that a bit on the back side of it is discolored.]
Huh...? Why is it so numb?
action; yes
Those things are really cold... They can hurt you that way. It's frostbite or whatever.
[Oh, for a simple Dia right now.]
action; you are a terrible person
[She turns her hand over and notices the patch.]
Ah- but it's so small! I might be able to heal this.
action; or cute things are overrated
action;
[She puts her free hand over the frostbitten one, closing her eyes as she focuses. Heal, heal, heal-!
In but a moment, she opens her eyes again and removes her hand. The patch is gone.]
...There. I think that should do it.
action;
Are you tired from that?
[Yukari's a little cut up herself from earlier encounters.]
action;
Do you need healing too?
action;
action;
[She holds her hands out, closing her eyes again. It's not so much something she has to do to activate her power as it is something to help her focus.
In a moment, any scratches/bruises/minor frostbite Yukari has is healed!]
Did I get it...?

So much more useful than draining...

Okay, maybe we should take you back to Sigyn now.
