I don't know how you brought me here, but I will find you one way or another. You don't give a battle seasoned, front of the lines general her weapon when you take her captive. Or excessive strength for that matter.

If I don't get some real answers soon, I will be adding color to this place, but not in the way I assume you want. I'm sure it will be a beautiful red until it dries, though.

Mmhmm. Although the accommodations are quite a bit better than I'd expect from the average imprisonment.

But, since our generous hosts are less than likely to respond to this with the answers you're looking for, perhaps I can be of some help - although not with the question of how they brought us here; your guess is as good as mine there.

Only because they want us to help them, but imprisonment is imprisonment no matter how nicely they treat you.

So who are they? This woman mentioned someone named Thor. Is he the one in charge?

There are nine of them altogether. Thor is one of them, but to my understanding, Odin is the one at the top of the pecking order.

Not to my knowledge. There haven't been many chances to do so, admittedly.

What do people do around here then?

Some are trying to find a means of escape, though I haven't heard of anyone getting far with that. Some have decided to go along with the purpose we were brought here for. Some are trying to better organize everyone here and establish a legal code, emergency procedures, and that sort of thing. Some just live normally.

- well, I suppose the "living normally" will be a bit harder if another dragon attacks, but...

Do they think fulfilling that purpose will get us home? And this effort to organize, are they organizing for battles, too?

Yes, yes, and yes. You could say the dragon, mm...how do they like to put it? Caught us with our pants down? It's sparked some efforts to ensure that we're better prepared for whatever comes next.
