I believe it would be in your best interest to sort things out calmly first, yes.

When you arrive here you're able to ask a maid for questions, though she only provides so much information. The most you should be aware of is the reasoning for being brought here, the house you're assigned to and an ability. As you can most likely guess, leaving this world voluntarily doesn't seem to be an option thus far. There also isn't any known way to speak to the Gods that have brought you and many others here.
