[Kodaka is just staring, not saying anything yet. He looks away, breaking eye contact right before he speaks. He's breathing heavily because he's nervous, but instead it comes off looking like he's wheezing or has a very gruff voice.]

I've seen others post videos like this, and they mention how they feel or if they needed something. [He doesn’t particularly feel like expressing his thoughts about this place just yet. Instead his face and his ever so... strange pudding color blond hair tells you something is strange and odd about this kid.]

Is that what people share here? Sharing information about themselves, or asking things. Can you meet people and make friends using this? Like those social networking sites people use. [He attempts to smile, but it comes off looking rather scary. His smile looks more demented than anything.] My name is Hasegawa Kodaka and I’m looking to make friends here since I am new.[Somehow such a statement did not match with how he is looking in the video... which is downright omniscient and scary. He moves his face closer, so close only part of his face can be seen. He can’t help his nerves have gotten to him.] I like doing things friends do together and spending time with other people... oh, I like telling jokes! [While it may seem corny and pathetic, he really has no idea how to introduce himself on these social networking things. So sadly, he's giving out huge CREEPER!! vibes rather than someone friendly.] It'd be nice to meet some friendly people here who know how things work here.

Yes, well. Sena does have a tendency to be rather -- colorful with her descriptions of people.

Did they drag you into the club? You really don't have to be a part of it if you don't want to. They just don't know how to recruit people well.

In a way, yes.

[ kodaka, why are you the only sane person in this group? ]

But no, it's all right. I'd like to help them out too, if I can. They both seem nice girls, just a little [ questionable? crazy? batshit? ] awkward.

That's a nice way of putting it. [He would use a few more colorful adjectives.] You're right, though, for the most part they don't mean too much harm. [minus Yozora occasionally but he'll leave that out.]

Uh, sure. Let's go with that. [ . . . ] In any case, they need help making friends, from the looks of it. Especially Yozora.

It sounds like they've gotten a little better with people than before.

I suppose that's a good thing that they're improving.

So you've known them then? For quite a while now?

Not for a very long time, but we've spent the past couple of months together.

The friend who left ten years ago and forgot Yozora.

[oh wait what... he'll have to ask her about that at sometime.]

No, we just met this school year.

[ then again, if he forgot -- then he wouldn't remember, right? good job, lucille. ]

So you're from the same school then. I guess it makes sense since they did mention the club being a school organization.

But I'm curious. [ he really is. ] Why are you in that club? You don't look like the type who wouldn't make friends.

I didn't make the best first impressions, and a lot of people spread rumors about me being a delinquent. [and he is socially awkward, still... better than the others.]

[songspiel]

How inconvenient. [ he doesn't know what to say because he was pretty popular as a kid. a beat. ] You're making better impression than the others though.

[mishaps]

[the keyword is compared to sena and yozora.] A lot of kids my age aren't used to seeing mixed heritage kids, so it happens -- I'm used to it by now.

[songspiel]

[ he understands the discrimination, at least. ]

You have the club anyway. You'll probably make better friends in that group than anywhere else.

It was more like practice for making friends rather than making friend in the club back then, but with more members we'll have more opportunities and choices.

[songspiel]

So you don't consider them as friends then, Sena and Yozora? [ a thoughtful look. ]

[mishaps]

One of the reasons we're in this club is to figure out when a person becomes your friend. How do you know? Is it something both agreed upon, said? Or is it something silent but both of you know it.

I'm not sure how to do that yet, so I can't say.
