[When the feed starts there are two people visible, Euri and Shu. Euri has a forced look of determination on her face, even though she's fidgeting slightly. She's never used the video option before due to her appearance, so this is uncomfortable. Even moreso considering the subject they're going to be focusing on is one that terrifies her.]

Hey, all you assholes! Listen up! We've got something important we need to tell you all!

[Unlike Euri, Shu looks uncertain. He's over complicating things in his mind and he's second doubting himself. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all.]

Assholes? Euri, you should be more polite. You can't go around calling people assholes.

[She does have a point though.]

I apologize for her behavior everyone. [Pause.] Um...I would appreciate it if you all took the time to listen to us speak.

There's something dangerous out there that I think you all deserve to be aware of.

[Euri rolls her eyes and hisses back quietly.]

They won't listen if we don't get their attention!

[Then she raises her voice.]

Yeah! There's a vampire out there named Diva who's been attacking people! [She nudges Shu in the side expectantly.]

That doesn't mean we should be rude about it.

[He thinks he's the last person people would listen to. At least Euri is here to bail him out.]

I know it sounds a little scary and sudden, but what Euri is saying is true. I was one of her victims.

[As proof, he'll show the injuries he received from Diva that night. They're bite marks located around his neck. Gross.]

I'd like it if all of you took the time to consider what we're saying. Really think about it.

[Good boy, Shu. Having evidence really helps their claim.]

Not just that! If you see her, kill her! At this rate she's going to kill someone.

Everyone, please be careful. This isn't something you should joke about.

We're talking about innocent lives here. Diva is far from innocent. That's all we need to say. Excuse us.

[She nods, following after.]

I kind of understand why they get upset. I mean, they're used to being at the top, so the idea of anyone superior, that's scary to them. That's how Amshel always explained it, and that makes sense, right? I mean, I would be scared of someone more powerful than me.

[Her wording implies that there isn't, but there is. An angel with clocks for eyes is out to get her, and she can't completely stuff away that fear.]

[ Briefly thoughtful. ]

I guess that makes sense. Sucks to be lower on the food chain, right? Still, there's more of them than there are people like us. Way more. You think they'd learn to brush it off! I guess I will never get them. Troll culture is just too different! [ Her life was just too different.

She misses the implication in that statement, anyway, and just leads Diva back to her home. It's not far at all, thankfully - just a few minutes. ]

You'd think.

[Diva ducks her head with an enigmatic smile, her mind running through a couple of old memories all at once. She wouldn't admit it, but it did hurt, how much humans hated her. But that made it easier to eat them.]

But they're strange. I don't think I'll ever understand them.

Me neither. [ She shrugs, and gives the other girl a smirk, as if to say: "who needs 'em, anyway."

Of course, she likes her humans. But she won't say that.

It's not long before they arrive at Baldr house, and she opens the front door carefully, scouting the hall for any other idiots hanging about before signalling Diva to follow her. ]

You liked the spiders, right?

[She smiles brightly and nods]

I do! They're really cute. [A beat, and she tilts her head] Why?

[hypertoxic]

[ Grins broadly at her. ]

Just making sure. Because there are looooooots of them.

[ Her room, conveniently on the first floor, isn't far, and when she leads Diva inside, her claim is shown to be very true. There are a few dozen scattered about, on the walls, in corners, on the ceiling, on her furniture. She'll pick one up, letting it run in a panic all over her fingers and hands. ]

So, uh, welcome to my respite block, I guess.

[madamemoiselle]

[Diva smiles warmly as she walks in, looking around at the room. The spiders don't bother her, clearly, and she just seems interested in them. She doesn't reach out to touch them, but they're cute. ♥]

Ah, they're cute! They really make your room nice.

I know, right? I need to find more web-making spiders when it gets warmer. It just doesn't feel like home without a bunch of webs around!

[ Jumps on the bed, spider still in hand. ]

By the way, when do you sleep? Are you diurnal like humans are or what?

[madamemoiselle]

Ah, I'm still trying to figure that out, actually! I don't usually have to sleep at all, but I do get sleepy sometimes here. I sleep when I feel like it.

[a shrug--she doesn't know, basically] I'm so close to being human now, so it's strange to get used to this stuff.

I guess that must be pretty weird. Being human. I bet it sucks! [ Shakes her head. She means no offense, really. ] I don't sleep that often, but I might pass out after the sun comes up. You can wake me up, though. If you want to.

[madamemoiselle]

A little bit. It's really strange.

[She holds out her hand, looking at it curiously] Humans are so weak. I hate it.

[But with a sigh, she drops her hand and smiles] I won't wake you, though! I know it's important to sleep.

[hypertoxic]

You're still better than them, Diva. [ It's an off-hand sort of comment, related more to the vampirism than anything. ]

Anyway, I mean, it's no big deal, but okay, I guess. Just wake me if someone comes looking for you. I bet I could think of another place to hide.
