Yes and no.
Our group was responsible. There was another that wasn't.
Even then I don't think they ever hurt anyone with their Personas. A gun probably seemed more efficient.

You could say I have a vested interest in the subject of peoples' minds and how they're used. One and a half kilos of squishy stuff that can drive people to destroy themselves. Or others. Really interesting.
