It has come to my attention that in light of recent events, we have had little enough time to ourselves. Naturally, this is only to be expected in a time of war. However, we must not lose sight of ourselves in the midst of all this havoc, and I therefore have a proposal for the women of Asgard.

Would anyone, perhaps, be interested in joining me for an evening of light entertainment? We have precious little time before everything comes crashing down around our ears, and I wish to attempt to use some of that time to get to know my fellow ladies-in-arms a bit more.

Why, thank you. A lady does her best, naturally.

A lady? Yes, I can see that. And what a lovely young lady you are, it's practically refreshing. [She adjusts her stance, her voice and tone for a more controlled carry, she sits her shoulders back firmer, tilts her chin just enough so that she carries the air of control.]

Much of the youth here isn't quite as inclined to such notions.

Oh, my goodness me. Such flattery from a woman of beauty. You have my thanks. [Sorry, Satine, she sees right through that stance. She's spent most of her life at court, after all.]

I'm afraid they're not. It's very much a pity.

[justacough]

What are they teaching at that school, I wonder? But thank you, darling, it's always nice to be complimented.

Clearly, they aren't teaching nearly enough.

You're quite welcome. Besides, we ladies ought to be able to band together, should we not?

I agree wholeheartedly. Now, what should I expect from this evening of light entertainment?

Nothing too serious, naturally. I thought perhaps some conversation and games, and whatever else we might think of.

Shall I eat before attending then?

[damselled]

Oh, there's no need. I'll prepare something.

[A good hostess never lets her guests go hungry, after all.]
