[Riley’s giggling can be heard even if her face can’t be seen. It seems she’s currently sneaking through Needle in a Haystack to where there are a bunch of voices. With a snort, the giggling stops as she aims the view around the corner to show…

A bunch of shirtless Assassins in various stages of irritation over the fact. It’s so funny to her that she has to share this with the world.]

[Altaïr’s arms are crossed over his chest (not that that does anything to hide it) and irritation is written all over his face.]

They just disappear? Nothing will stay on any of us?

[An Italian accent chimes in, and Ezio turns his head towards the group, back to the camera, and actually trying not to smile. Okay, so in between all of this war, it’s funny to him, despite the irritation he may feel.]

I have only tried once- and as much as I wish to see if it would work, I am not certain I wish to sacrifice more of my clothes if Asgard demands we remain this way.

[A second equally Italian accent chimes in, far less entertained sounding.]

Is this a regular occurrence in this city then? People’s decency revoked for… amusement?

Come now, padre, you make it sound as if we are treated like barbarians. [Ezio can’t really hide the smile he’s wearing. Oops.] I do not mind the attention so much.

[ In the midst of the Assassins' kerfuffle, Desmond hurries in from the summer heat, equally shirtless and equally vexed. ]

Does anyone have a spare- oh.

[ If he wasn't bewildered before... ] Really?

[ It seems like Natasha is always last to know these things - but it was really inconvenient, to be honest. She’d been at work at the bar when her shirt had suddenly decided to take a vacation to god-knows-where. Now she’s come to join the cavalcade, hands propped on her hips once she spots the predicament of everyone else. Her bra has decided to stick around for the party, at least so far. ]

I liked that shirt. And I liked the rest of you with shirts, no matter how .. interesting .. the view. [ She sighs slightly, not ashamed of being sans-shirt but definitely very far from pleased. What’s next? Their pants? ]

[Connor wanders by Riley’s hiding spot about that point, utterly unruffled by his current state. He pauses briefly and glances in her direction.] Good morning, Riley. [And moves on with his day. These boxes won’t unload themselves!]

[Immediately everything falls silent as everyone but Connor turns to look at the Novice Assassin with looks that say she had better run.]

You should be impressed I was here this long without you noticing? She does look better than all of the rest of you though.

[That doesn't help the problem and she bursts out laughing as the angle changes to show Riley laughing her ass off as she runs as fast as she can because she is in SO MUCH TROUBLE.]

No. A curse did that.

A curse....? Well. That's a new one.

[Because Clementine has been here a while by now and hasn't yet really noticed a curse like this.]

It's not what I would have expected either. But I would much rather deal with this inconvenience than some other curses people have suffered.

Yeah. I guess I'm lucky that I haven't had one yet. Besides going back home and coming back.

You may escape them entirely. They don't appear to be consistent.

They seem pretty....different sometimes. I mean, I've seen ones that made people younger. It was...interesting, seeing the Doctor when he was little.

That seems to be a fairly common effect, though I couldn't begin to say why. Perhaps to embarrass us.

I guess being eleven has some advantages. They can't make me that much younger if I was cursed like that.

[And yet, even going back two to three years would be a drastic change. It is likely still one, for any that knew Clementine when she more recently arrived at the age of nine, shortly after having left and shot Lee.]

[Heh. It's amusing...but sad, as well. Children should not have to face any kind of war.]

Then I hope you won't face any other kind of curse, either.

I hope so. Worst I've had is going back home for a while. Twice.

[And both times she knows her friends here must have been frantic. It's not a curse, not something she can control, but she still feels bad about it all the same.]

Your world is that bad?

It's....yeah. The walkers. Ever since they started...everything changed. Even if we're at war here, I prefer Asgard. I get to be with Lee again.

Then I hope you can remain here for as long as this land is better.

Me too. I guess we'll see closer to the time, what our options are on staying here or going home.

Many of us have obligations waiting at home. But being forced to go back is no proper payment in return for our services here.

No. It wouldn't. I'm....hoping they can give us a choice. Especially if I have the chance to stay here, with Lee.

[Because Asgard is the only chance for them to be together, after everything that happened back home.]

Choice is the one thing all of us should have. Every man, woman and child.

That'd be the ideal. If we get to choose. But I guess we'll see when the time comes what happens then. After all this.

We will see this to an end, in one way or another.
