Ah, your pardon - I suppose Men in general all seem young to me - the youngest I teach at present is the little lady Clementine, and the younger Alice wished to come as well, but neither put their names down for the military, fortunately. my Kevin Prentiss, is, I believe, the youngest of those who did, and his training goes well enough. The number of hands, their skill sets and proficiency for their weapon of choice. Their experience of battle - although I guess most would have had that, here. In Asgard their abilities and their skills with said powers would be useful, also. In my own world, I once led a calvary - there are horses here, and it might be of use to see if any might know how to both ride and fight horsed, or if they might be inclined to learn.
