 I suppose it wouldn't be entirely fair of me to be upset if anyone lost their bracelet from now on, would it? It would be a little hypocritical, at least.

[ Hermione is sitting in her room, a large bird head on her shoulder - the head of her hippogriff, Octavius. She doesn't look particularly happy - desolate, actually, all said and done - and she sighs. ]

But I'm back and I'm alive, for what it's worth. I really don't know what happened while I was gone, so if someone could get me up to date I would appreciate it.

Harry Potter, Remus Lupin and Lily Potter have all gone home, I think. I thought you all might like to know.

[ And Remus and Lily have gone back to being dead. That's a little difficult for her to accept and she just ends the feed without another word. ]

She was in the lab, but her experimental projects were on the backburner she had an actual recipe in front to make sure she didn't forget anything.]

It's... good to see you again, Hermione. Be careful. Our memories are dodgy at best. Something's wrong, and I'm not sure what. It's been getting bad for the last several days. I'm sorry to hear about your friends.

I'll take your word for it... but I've been having more and more trouble remembering people I knew that were gone. I can only remember the things that have happened here clearly. It's such a fog in my head right now.

I've heard about people going grey, but I did not know you could return home so easily. I never met any of those you mentioned, and I'm not sure if I should be happy for them or giving my sympathies.
