[Hello, Asgard. Have a polite looking blond looking at you in the video feed. He didn't seem overly flustered at the moment, though there was a bit of worry in his eyes. He did seem, however, determined to make a proper first impression. He offered a small but serious looking smile to the video.]

Hello. My name is Quatre Raberba Winner. I have just arrived here, and have been told a few things, but I am curious if there is anything that the standard information doesn't tell us that anyone knows.

According to the people here, I am a follower of Sigyn here, so I'd also like to greet my fellow followers. [Pleasant smile, a little less seriousness here.]

Thank you all in advance for your help.

[And he'd disappear for now, awaiting your replies.]

Yes, I am. My name is Tohzuki Suzuya. [A beat.] You've only just arrived as well then?

[Suzuya seems a little too familiar to him for a first meeting, but...] You don't need to call me mister. I'm still too young for that.

No, it's all right. [He quickly reassures.] I would eventually have asked you to call me by my given name, anyway.

It's definitely all right. Where are you from, if you don't mind me asking?

The L4 colony cluster? [S-so confused.]

Ah, I'm from Japan.

[He doesn't comment on that, mostly because the thought was still too confusing for him, and while he understands it, it was something hard to digest.] No, I can't say I'm familiar with it.

The World Nation?

Wouldn't it be difficult to maintain a proper line of communications for authorities? I imagine a whole world as a nation is even more of a problem than the individual ones we've had to this day.

If you don't mind me asking, how exactly did you manage that? As far as I recall, relations between several countries are rather hostile, so I can't imagine everyone simply agreeing to be one nation.

[There was a pause at that as he digested the information, before he nodded.]

Though I suppose they still functioned as individual countries? I mean, with all the different cultures and languages, it would be hard to get everyone to communicate I think.

I see.

I admit it's a little hard to imagine without actually seeing it in action, but that's still rather impressive.

It's something to be proud of, definitely. It's quite a big task to take on, especially for several nations.

All right then. I do hope to catch you around sometime, Winner-san.
