[The transmission will begin by early afternoon -- once Soushi finally learned about the new mystery items that almost most were given, as he heard talks from those in Freya's Welcome Home -- with a formal Soushi, smiling at the camera that was clearly placed in front of him. He was currently kneeling on the ground, with a coffee table by his side, at the lounge area of Freya's Welcome House. A small cage covered by a white blanket over it was on the coffee table next to him. A chirping sound can be heard coming from the cage. What was it about? Well.]
Good afternoon, to all those that are currently watching this transmission. I have a small request to make...
[He will turn to the cage and gingerly remove the blanket from the cage, revealing to the bracelet a highly energetic and curious myna bird now staring at the bracelet from his bird perch, inside the cage. His chirps will turn slightly louder as he rapidly flaps his wings, feeling a little caught off guard by the sudden change of environment. Soushi will notice the excitement from the bird that he will get lower himself to the cage's height and whisper lightly to the creature until it calmed down. Now it was curious over the individual next to it, forgetting the bracelet for a second, until Soushi returns his attention to the item in question.]
As you can see, I found this small creature in my room. I am uncertain over the reason it was given to me as I have never seen it befo--
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! [The mynah bird began to speak as it decided to interrupt Soushi, clearly catching him off guard in the process.]
...you can speak? [Wow. He really was caught by surprise as he did not expect it at all. Unfortunately, the mynah bird will return to chirping and staring at the person speaking to him, tilting its head from side to side. There will be a staring contest between the two until Soushi decides to clear his throat and return to the audience instead.]
Nevertheless, I do not believe I have the knowledge nor talent to properly look after him, so I would like to request if anyone would be kind enough to--
Handsome! Handsome! Handsome! [Spoke up the bird again, as it now begins to head closer to the side of the cage that Soushi was now standing in. Again, Soushi will be caught off guard as he stares at the small creature again. It was odd, but Soushi could not help wonder if he was being complimented or not. But regardless, he will lower his head to the small creature.]
Thank you very much. I am honored.
[....it was clear that Soushi was very, very, very lost over the matter. But once the bird returned his attention to the bracelet, Soushi will follow suit.]
As you can tell, this creature is quite energetic and very charming, I am certain there is someone out there whom would like to kee--
Miketsukami-kun! Miketsukami-kun! [And for the third time, Soushi's attention was on the bird, who was currently flapping its wings again, trying to catch his attention again. Soushi's gaze will turn to the small creature, a more reflective expression will be on his facial feature for a moment, until he decides to lower his head slightly towards the cage with a more friendly smile appearing. A little too friendly.]
Yes? How may I help you?
[And that is when the bird will return the stare towards him, tilting his head and moving around in the cage, as thought it was trying to find a way to get closer to the other individual, but once it realized it couldn't (if it actually did or not) it will finally say:]
I like you! Miketsukami-kun. Like!
[And that was all it took for Soushi to grow very, very, very silent with an almost distant expression on his face. All that will be expressed is a "Huh!" sound that sounded more like a sight than anything else. How does one even...respond to that? But it was clear that Soushi was the least bit embarrassed and it almost seemed like he was almost glaring at the creature. But as time went on, his expression will change to astonishment and even embarrassment because it would seem the words finally sunk in. His cheeks will turn a light crimson color as he tries his best to cover his cheeks.]
I...I am honored, I suppose [Now his gaze will turn to the bracelet as he finally says, in a very embarrassed, school girl kind of way.] ...n-never mind. I...I changed my mind. I apologize for wasting everyone's time...
[And turning off the transmission is a go...like now!]
((OOC: I made slight changes as I made a mistake. Oops, and sorry.))

...I never would have imagined a situation quite like this before. I am uncertain over the best decision to make.
[After all.]
How does one reject a bird's affections? I do not believe my heart is as big as to hold both it [Since he does not the know the gender of the creature.] and Ririchiyo-sama.
video
Oh dear Soushi! You are too precious for words!]
Do it gently, Soushi. The bird may take offense if you deny it's affections too harshly.
[Try as he might he just can't do this with a straight face. Though he tries for a serious tone the grin might give the game away. You, sir, are being teased.]
A woman scorned can be a dangerous thing, but a bird scorned might peck out an eye.
video
Yes! Yes!
[There goes Soushi not knowing if they were both teasing him or being entirely serious over the matter.]
...I will do my best not to break its' heart.
[And now he will turn the cage towards his direction, he will take a deep breath and let it out, before he offers a nervous formal smile.]
Bird-san, please allow me to offer you a response to your admirable affections. May I?
[...the bird will just be staring at its new owner before it begins to preen its wings a bit. Which will have Soushi turning to Leonardo, clearly worried.]
...should I begin or wait for it to finish...?

Oh gosh, but that's so cute! It really seems to like you!
I do find it [Because he does not know its gender yet. Doesn't want to be rude by calling it what it isn't, just in case.] to be quite charming. [However.] I am uncertain over the reason it has taken a shine to me. This is our first encounter. Aren't small creatures usually more timid? [Easy to say, he isn't the most knowledgeable about birds and is still wondering if it is simply repeating words or something. He was very lost on what to do.]
[It's a bit of a stretch, though she hopes it gets her point across.]
I mean, it's a little stranger that it seems to know your name. Maybe someone taught it that before you wound up with it?
No, you aren't the type to be bashful. You're quite energetic and endearing.
[Just like the bird. His gaze will turn to the bird by his side, but then at Anna's observation, his gaze will return to her. A more serious expression taking over his face.]
...you've noticed the same issue as I have. [A thin line will be given until he admits.] It's odd, but...I have a suspicion over the identity of its' true owner. [But.] She never had a pet. Not one that I knew of, but... [The way the bird said it, something about it felt oddly nostalgic while it felt out of place as well.] Anna-san, are you perhaps familiar with small birds who hold the ability of speech?

[But this is Asgard; there's like a fifty percent chance it's now going to try to kill him.]
voice
It's difficult to say. As far as I know about his kind, the wild birds that live in the mountains, they do hold the ability to mimic any sound they usually hear in their natural habitat. [At least.] ...other animal noises, but human speech is a different manner.
[And now he will confess.]
I thought only parrots held the ability to do human speech... [A pause.] Is it normal for parrots to confess to those outside their kind? [No, this is a serious question. He is still...feeling weird about all this.]
voice
[Is all he knows.]
I don't know if they would pick this up from other birds.
voice
[Then he just grows quiet again because he isn't sure how to care for a bird at all. But he will decide to ask, for curiosity's sake.]
Birds do not truly understand half of the words they learn, correct? They only repeat what has been taught to them? [Because.] I am uncertain if I should ignore its affectionate words as a jest or take it into consideration. I do not wish to confuse it by believing I accepted their sentiments. [Wow. He really is worried over the love confession, after all.]

Welcome home!
[Oh look, the mynah bird is now speaking on his behalf. That was all it took for Soushi's attention to turn towards the bird as he now turns the bracelet's attention to the small creature.]
It seems to be welcoming your return. [A slight pause.] ...I am uncertain over the matter in explaining I cannot returns its warm affections. As my heart belongs to my beautiful and thoughtful master. Do you have any suggestions over the matter? [....because he is simply lost over this entire situation and has no idea on the best reaction to take other than offering his usual poker face smiles.]

[ The. Most. Patient. ]
As for you... you will want to be clearer in your feelings. Have you told the creature honestly and plainly?
no subject
No. I did not. [He will stare at the bird, then back at Thor.] Somehow, I feel a little nervous to do so. I don't wish to...offend it. I would like to have a good relationship with it as friends and companions living side by side.
[Now he just needs to do so, but first.]
I will do my utmost to offer it an appropriate answer. May I be so bold as to ask for you to act as observer to this situation? [Soushi, are you going to ask the bird to marry you or reject it? Don't confuse people!]

The Doctor hasn't yet returned home to find his own gift, and he's actually not sure he wants to know, but ... Heh. ]
And it really wants attention, doesn't it?
[ Since it kept interrupting Soushi. ]
It certainly does seem keen on doing so...
[What does he even do? The bird was currently trying to find a way to open its cage door. Miketsukami-kun, please let him out like you use to?]
...I am uncertain if it does indeed approves of me as its new owner or not. It seems as though it wishes to escape... [Was that a dissapointed look on his face? Or just simple concern? This might be code for -- WHAT DOES HE EVEN DO? HELP?]

[There will be a smiling Soushi as he has no idea what else to say.]
...is it unusual for a creature such as this to confess to someone, Dr. Mccoy? [Because.] I've never had a...pet before. I'm uncertain on the way it thinks.... [This was actually his true concern: does the bird really like him or was it just playing with his heart?]

But then, the other boy's words caught his attention.]
Ah, if I may inquire, are you a proud owner of a bird as well?

No, I'm the proud owner of a...dungeon bear. [He paused trying to come up with a proper name for the creature. Only Zagan would know and sadly he wasn't here.]
