Now that shit’s calmed down a bit, I have a few questions. Answer if you want, don’t bother telling me why you don’t want to if that’s the case.

First is this—what year was it, before you got here, in your homeworld or universe?

( he has a suspicion about most of the answers he’ll get, but it’s worth knowing if anyone at all is from his end of the time stream. )

Second is more of a request. I’ve tried out three pubs in this place and none of them are worth writing home about. Recommend me a good one and I’ll be grateful.

I can’t see any active benefit to these powers, but if there’s something they’ve helped you with when nothing else would’ve, I’d like to hear about that, too.

It was 2015. And my power allows me to heal people. I didn't have any sort of power like that, before, and with it I was able to save people I love. [ even if this turn around it... didn't work. At all. It made it worse. ]

I think me my world reckoned time differently to yours, but when I was brought here it was 3021 of the Third Age of the Sun by the Common Reckoning. The powers I was granted here are not dissimilar to the skills I that I had in my own world, if weaker, perhaps, or at the least, less easy to use.

As for places of drink [ he shrugs ] - I fancy ale, myself, and find myself most often at [ name of pub in Freyr that he sings at ], where the proprietor minds not in paying in food and drink for my services.
