Far as I'm aware? The only way to prepare for a bunch of people wigging out at once is to hole up, wait until it blows over, and hope it works.

From what I've seen in the short time I've been here, it's really hard to get a consensus on anything.

Personal opinion on any "God" that opts to kidnap people to fight their own battle isn't going to be a positive one.

Don't hate them, don't love them. Everyone has their own opinion so asking for a general consensus won't get you anywhere.

But one of them's sacrificed his life for this world and its inhabitants, which does include us at the moment. And they do give us answers, even if it takes them a while sometimes. They do give us what they can to make up for taking us here like this.

I mean, they're not exactly benevolent huggy overlords, but at least they're not pulling any punches, yeah? [ At least, after so long, this is how Gunn has rationalized this all to himself. ] If we can do some good, I guess it's - whatever.

People who never heard of this world were brought to Asgard without being asked to; they were asked to believe the gods and their cause, and to fight for them. This means everyone is placing faith or their belief on them, the belief that they can make a difference and they are fighting for a good cause. It's what drives them right now.

But because this is a complicated situation based on hope and belief on those they don't truly know, it's only natural that lilin still fear they are being used in a way they don't accept to be moral and right to them.

Thus, the slightest thing can make them afraid of what they have done and are doing, and may change their hearts.
