This post is addressed to those of you who were within the other world with me.
[And it's later than he wanted it to be, but the death had taken its' toll on him, and besides, there had been a great deal to consider. A very real, very loud part of him had wanted not to have to do this. To forget it all, to put the last six years of hell utterly behind him. However, he feels responsible;]
I've been here a few months, but I see now that I've been complacent. When I arrived, like the rest of you I found that my powers were gone. For me, that was a relief.
I don't remember hurting any of you down there, but my memories during a transformation aren't always the clearest. If any of you recall the green... thing, or were harmed by it in any way, please let me know. I'd like to make reparations in any way I can.
To the rest of you, whatever keeps the transformations from occurring is working again now that I'm... I suppose you could say up on the surface, or returned to this specific dimensional point. But since it's clear I can't rely on that to be true all the time, I think I have a duty to warn you. In the right conditions I'm a bomb waiting to go off, and in the event that something like this happens again, I'm probably going to be getting as far away from the you all as possible. Please don't come near me if you see me, and please don't try to stop me.
I'm sorry.
[With a small, composed smile, he disconnects the feed.]

I'm in Odin. I'll put the kettle on.

The welcome hall, I assume? What room?
[He's actually in the area, more or less, so it doesn't take him long to get there. If Bruce hasn't answered him by then, he'll just take a little time to wander around the main rooms of the entry way, curious to see if this place is any different than any other Welcome Hall he's been in so far.]

He's been able to splurge a little, now that he's working.]

It's not long before he's knocking on the appropriate door.]
Hello, Bruce? It's me.
offline
[He pokes his head out, very pleased.]
Please come in.

Thank you for inviting me, Bruce. Things have been... quite chaotic of late, to put it mildly.
[Tea is always a balm, even when one has been drinking it quite a lot of late. And doing it in company you don't mind and could possibly even enjoy... that's almost a treat.]

Tell me some good news, even if you have to invent it.
[Instructing him, as he lays the tray out.]
Re: offline
Mmm... ah... well, there's. Let me see. [He doesn't really have any right now, between dying and what he's learned... so that leaves lying, or talking about the weather.] ...to start with, the weather is quite warm enough to have a picnic, if one had the notion to do so. Any more of this and flowers will start shooting up again, which will be a bit strange for the winter season, but pleasant all the same.
[This version of him was never very good at lying.]
I don't suppose you need any help with that?

[Mild laughter.]
No thanks. It's almost done. Here-
[Offering him one of the slightly chipped mugs, and a plate of shortbread.]

I'm sorry; good news is in rather short supply these days, as I'm sure you're well aware. While I may be able to think up a good lie given enough time, I doubt I could manage a convincing one.
[He makes to sip his tea, and pauses before he's quite completed the move.]
Although... would a proposal or a wedding count as 'good news'?
