I don't think that's it. I've seen some of the children in the hospital use it before. Sort of like...a quill, I guess? There's some colour at the end of the stick that they use to draw.

Wallpaper's just a roll of coloured paper... [He looks thoughtful.] though using that for the occupied rooms isn't a bad idea.
