Well, it seems I've missed a few things! [ Charley is in her room in Hel's welcome hall, brushing her hair back and out of her face, smiling dryly at the camera. ] I hope nothing too horrid has happened to any of you while I've been gone.

If the Doctor - all of you, please - could get in touch with me, I would be most appreciative. [ She reaches up, like she's going to fiddle with a pendant that she's not actually wearing, then drops her hand to her lap. ] Please.

She did seem rather all right. It wasn't her fault most of what happened... well, happened, not really, and at least she wasn't as much of an utter tit as Rassilon was.

Well, he is Ancient And Powerful. That was never going to end well. [Rassilon doesn't make his hearts ache. Rolls his eyes, but not heartache.]

No, I don't suppose it was. Still, some of that was just uncalled for. [huff huff]

So how do you know the Doctor? If you knew him before here, that is. I know he was a bit notorious, but that's no reason to assume you knew him personally.

True enough. But yes, I was some of the lucky few that knew him personally. In a way, I was somewhat a predecessor of yours, trying to keep him out of trouble… I quit while I was behind. […Not going to admit coming from the same gene pool. Nope.]

[ Well, love the Doctor she may, but she can't exactly fault him for that. ] Ah! My sympathies. I love him dearly, but he's quite... inclined to getting in trouble. All but a full-time job itself, keeping him out of trouble.

[ And of course she doesn't always do her job. Sometimes the trouble is too interesting to stay out of! ]
