[His demeanor fades at this next part, as he takes on a more serious tone, assuming the role of a cool and calm upperclassman.]

Hey, everyone. There’ve been more of us showing up lately, so… Rise suggested that we all get together. We should hold a meeting somewhere, maybe after the festival’s over. I know we don’t have to deal with Shadows here, but it still might be useful for us to share stories and compare notes.

Minako, Minato, Mitsuru – if any of you want to take charge of this meeting, go ahead. [Akihiko has leadership experience too, and wields that position whenever it’s needed, but isn’t looking to step on anyone’s toes.]

Oh, and you guys can use this post to introduce yourselves, if you want. I’m Akihiko. I know most of you already. [His expression eases into a casual and friendly look as he cocks his head to the side a bit.] Enjoy the rest of the festival, okay? We have a little more time for fun before we get back to work.

[He can't imagine talking about Persona stuff in public... But then again, it isn't like normal people would have any clue about what they're discussing.

Come to think of it... their team had to summon their Personas outside of the Dark Hour. Something about that TV world... Did it somehow trap the Dark Hour inside the alternate dimension?]

Oh, um... [Yosuke probably wouldn't have the words to articulate what's nagging at him if he wanted to, and so he attempts to cheer up a bit more instead.] Nah, Kanji and Naoto were right. Whatever could be going on back there, it's nothing to get hung up over, yeah?

[As his brows furrow with confusion, his expression grows serious again.] You mean... with the Shadows? Didn't you guys get rid of 'em already?

We thought so, but... You said you guys were kinda surprised to run into us too, right? [Or did he imagine that?] It wouldn't be the first time we thought everything was over only for it to crop up again, that's all. And the way that video seemed to put it...

[Presently, he shakes his head. He's no detective, that's for sure.] Anyways, it doesn't matter. I'm probably off base. [He pauses, but then rallies.] But I heard you met those two as well, didn't you? What'd you think?

[...he says, forgetting that this isn't completely private.]

Yes. The Shadows that showed up in our area, it wasn't the first time that happened. And it sounds like they can change locations, since they went over to Inaba. But I don't think they'll come back for a while.

...At least, I hope not.

[He probably should leave the inquisition to Mitsuru, but he's more than curious enough to ask his own questions.]

Video? Did you see something in the TV again?

Kanji and Naoto? Yeah, I met them when they first came in. I don't know 'em that well yet. But Kanji seems pretty cool, and Naoto kinda reminds me of Mitsuru.

[Dammit, Sanada, quit changing the subject when he's... trying to change the subject!] Dude, don't even joke about that! No, I meant on these things. You know, first time you switch them on? It sounded like that's what everyone gets first thing, at least. [...Still, wow, this guy's really filled in, isn't he?] But never mind. [He tilts his head slightly, his smile widening just a little.] Yeah, I could tell you a few things about our Naoto-kun... Or maybe I should save them for when everyone's making introductions.

[Yosuke, you're confusing Aki. D: Stop jumping all over the place!]

Oh... that. The intro post, right? I would've thought it was a joke if the maid hadn't given me that letter... Loki made it, by the way, and you shouldn't always take him seriously.

[Akihiko's been in Asgard for three months... He'd damn well better know his shit!]

Ah, so you're close to her? Kanji too?

Kind of hard not to be, right? [He means that completely sincerely, too, lame as he thinks it's going to come across.] Besides, you wouldn't know it to look at them, but they're good kids.

[Inexplicably, he seems almost proud...]

"Good kids"...? [Akihiko laughs softly, like he's amused by those words.] So you must be one of their senpai. [Kanji mentioned that one of their senpai was here with them, but didn't specify who, exactly.]

You'd better be setting a good example for 'em. They're gonna look up to you, while you guys are here. But don't worry; you've got our support too. And who knows... our underclassmen might show up too, one day.

Heheh. [His sheepish grin might be enough of a clue all by itself that it probably isn't him any of his underclassmen look up to, but he likes the idea, so he doesn't say it out loud.] Guess we all need to do our best.

[He tilts his head slightly to one side.] You know, you sound kind of like... [But then he cuts himself off.] Uh, forget it. Yeah, I'll... go ask around for you. It's a city and all - there's gotta be plenty of places we can throw a strategy meeting in on short notice.

[~~Like Junpei?~~ Hey, the juniors looked up to Shinji, and he isn't the most friendly senpai of the bunch. Anything is possible!]

If you slack off, I'll keep you in line. How's that?

[He pauses, and gives Yosuke a curious look.] Huh? Like who?

[He doesn't answer the first question, but his smile seems frozen for a second there...]
