NPC POST - AUDIO

Asgard? I have heard that you like stories.

[ There is a quiet, stuttering feedback, somewhat like the sound that ripped through the network when Loki was taken down. It quiets. When the audio feed begins, the area that usually displays a person's name simply reads ̷̢̬̝̰̥͍ͥ̄ͬͮ̌̂ͫ ͉͈̣̮̼̖̗̪͓ͮ͗ͩ̋̊̃̎͌̅̆ͧ̍ͦ́́̚͜͞͞t̷̖͕͚̼̰͕̉̔̑͂̕͢ ̡̢̥̰͈̭̜͇̭̹̟͔̪͇ͪ̌͗͐̓͆ͮ̈́̈̃̈ͭ̍͌̋ͮͪ̀̚͟͠h̴̳͙̠̟̗͋͛ͩ̽͘ͅ ̧̪̠̝̖̻̜̖̱̒ͯ͒̎̒͆́̒̊͒ͬ͝͡ ̶̸̡͉͎̗̠͕͔̮͉̤̳̦͚̝̘̖͈͔ͣ̎̊́ͪ͋̏̊ ̛̛͙̥̭̩̬̤̮͍̮̔̏͛͂̈ͨ͛ͯ̓͢͠ ̷̸̧͕̻͈̭̘̠̠̜̙̼̬̘̝̖̇ͩ͛̓́ͣ͗̀̈̏ͫͨͨ̐ͫ̏̈̅͋̀͢ͅ ̓ͦ̄̊ͣ̽͑ͪͤ͗̇̈̊ͮ̍̎҉̴̼̜̰̮̜̺̝̩̳́͜͠ͅ ͦ̆̒̂ͨ̑̂̃ͭ͌ͬ̔̃̇̀͋͋̽ͬ҉̶̢̹̲̟̙. ]

A sweet young doe had lost her left eye. [ Those who know Thiazi's voice will recognize it. The connection is grainy, crackly, like a phone with a poor connection over a long, long distance. ] She could no longer see when hunters approached from that side. In a fit of cleverness, she took to feeding on a high cliff, overlooking the sea.

With her right eye toward the land, she could see any danger that drew near, and took comfort in this safety. She grew arrogant. But the hunters were far more clever than she thought to give them credit for and, taking a boat out near the cliff, shot her in the blind side from the sea.

[ The feed crackles again. Thiazi's voice is calm, and its veneer is friendly, but it also lacks any sort of warmth - genuine or otherwise. ]

'Ah,' the darling doe cried as she fell to the ground, 'I should have known that there was no escaping fate.'

[ Silence, save for the sound of rustling, as if she is shifting where she sits. And then, with a crackling hum, the feed cuts. ]
