I was talking to Jade -- do you know her? she's got black hair, green eyes -- anyway, I was talking to her about setting up some sort of communication system aside from the bracelets. A way to tell everyone they're safe or organize people to fight if the need arises. Or if we just need to communicate with everyone and make sure they know what's going on and don't panic.

I'm not sure...I think, there's magic here that may be able to help us. But we could also go standard letter-writing or courier route. Signals on rooftops may also be a good idea.
