[Eight's image flickers, goes to static for a moment, then blinks back to him looking distinctly frustrated.

He needs clear communication right now. This shoddy lash-up of the network couldn't come at a worse time. If they'd only asked for help instead of thinking the Travelers are too stupid to give them assistance.

I'm not dead anymore, which is a relief. I didn't see [static] so I hope that meant I was the only one.

[The image steadies long enough to get a ghost of a smile from Eight, before it switches to private...or so he thinks. Filtering, like everything else, is hit or miss right now.]

[He hesitates a moment, guilt written all over the fuzzy image of his face.]

[ Charley looks a bit worse for wear - tired, and she might have a scrape on her forehead that's clean, if not bandaged up. The static might make it hard to make that out, though. ]

[He clicks off the feed in frustration and starts running for Hel District.]

[ She's not even going to bother trying to respond. Her Welcome Hall, then, she'll just pelt to the entry and wait outside.

She's using her shadow to distract her a bit so she doesn't get too antsy waiting for him, sending it darting around her feet and the feet of anyone who's passing by.

[He seems faintly smug, as if he knows exactly how much trouble the dear Doctor is in.]

[It is rather difficult to stalk other people over the network or even send personal messages to the intended person's inbox without it disappearing into the wrong inbox, so Soushi will just simply ask this version of the Doctor if he knows anything about the latest version of him. Hopefully his message won't fall into another network call by mistake.]

Doctor-san, welcome back. And I'm deeply sorry for sending you this unannounced message, especially when you have more urgent matters to attend to.

[But, he needs to know something important.]

Have you seen or spoken with the other Doctor-san? The one whom has been within this realm the longest? [Because he can't find his name on the contact list or in Odin neither. He is the last person on his list to check if he is still in one piece or not. That, and he has a question to ask him which only he can answer.]

No, I haven't seen Eleven in a while. Six mentioned he was missing.

I wouldn't worry too much quite yet. There could be a perfectly good explanation. For one thing, he could have ended up back home.

I'll see what I can do about contacting the TARDIS and River to find out if they know anything. They should know better than any of us if we need to worry.

[The message, even if the other was trying his best to make it sound like there was no reason to feel any ounce of concern, will leave him speechless as he did not expect to hear this. That Doctor having return home? Him? That meddling, annoying, hard to trick or read, and just uncooperative individual is finally gone?
