However, he was reasonably certain that Eridan was not going to be making this announcement, not given their conversations recently, and he knew for a fact that Sollux wouldn't bother, nor did he think any of the others had a reason to do so.

However, this qualified as a public service announcement the whole city should be made aware of, and so it fell upon one of high station to at least put in the effort. It didn't seem right to do it over audio, however, so text it would be.]
