Sure, this is how every video with Finnick normally starts except that in this one, he's shirtless, and his hair is slicked back. Water runs down his body in rivulets as he looks over his shoulder, and then back at the camera.]

I just happened to be on my way from work when I tripped into the pond on my way home. Oops? Since I'm already here and wet, it would be a waste to get dry right away.

Anyone want to join me in playing in the water? I promise you won't regret it.

[Finnick winks as he again looks over his shoulder, there is a brightness in his eyes as he chuckles searching to make sure there isn't anyone having a serious problem with him in the water in the park.]

Though I can't promise you won't get into trouble for joining me. Oh! Could someone bring me a towel when you come? I'm sure Annie and Katniss would rather I dry off here.
