Greeting, heroes. I take it this isn't some giant April Fool's Day joke, since that's not for another two months and this is kind of extreme if all you wanted to do was prank me, so this is Nightbird broadcasting the first official Secret Society of Superheroes SOS.

All heroes, respond to this broadcast ASAP so that I can account for your whereabouts. I think it's best if we all convened at a secret location at a designated time and date. I don't need to remind you all that civilian identities are not to be used when responding to official superhero business, right? Asian Persuasion, this means you.

That said, the Society will take motions against the individual who thought it was a good idea to bring us here. Might I remind you all of the Society's constitution? Article five, section nine: the Society does not condone any spontaneous actions without at least a three-fourths majority consensus, especially regarding teleportation travel to undisclosed locations and x-ray vision used in public.

Heroes, we're in dark times. Not only have we been brought to a strange place, our superhero personas are at jeopardy. We'll coordinate our affiliations and readjust our powers at the next meeting if we have to. Take care, heroes, and be safe.

[She can tell it's supposed to be a joke but she's not getting it, and that makes her want to know. So there.]

[wow this wasn't the reaction he asked for, but he's totally okay being serious about this] April Fool's Day is a holiday where you play practical jokes on your friends and family. Only, this is way bigger than a practical joke I've ever seen...

[You can hear it in his voice from how he shakes his head. Not the point, Blaine!]

And I'm not talking weird! As elected chair of the Secret Society of Superheroes, it's listed in my responsibilities to call meetings to order, coordinate and delegate superhero tasks, and observe the general welfare of both superheroes and civilians alike. I just want to make sure everybody is safe.

Oh! [He's surprised and happy about this.] Did you want to join? You'll have to fill out an informal application and make a public introduction with your superhero name and powers. Do you need help constructing an identity?

[ It's been a while since Sam has been in Asgard. Time has passed back home and here, but the city still looks the same, as grey as ever. The only change Sam notices are in himself, specifically his house and power. For some reason he's in Freyr instead of Freya now. It's kind of confusing because the names are really alike. Sam has a bad feeling he's going to end up going back to his old room in Freya by mistake.

He's not getting his hopes up about any of his friends from Lima being here, not after they all got sent home the last time he was here, so when he checks the network, his eyes go wide when he hears Blaine's voice. He can't help but grin at the entire broadcast. Asgard was going to so much better with Blaine here this time around. ]

Blai--I mean, Nightbird! Blond Chameleon here, reporting from Freyr. Do you copy?

[Nice catch, Sam. Blaine's not in the mood to chide anybody about civilian names when he's relieved to finally hear a familiar voice. He restrains a budding grin, nodding even though he knows Sam can't see him.]

Copy that, Blond Chameleon. Good to hear from you. Have you heard from anybody else? So far you're the only one to respond from our chapter. I'm starting to worry about them.

Everything on this side is telling me that I'm in Freya. Over.
