Hey hey- quick question guys. So I've talked to a few people over the past couple weeks, and I'm getting the idea that a lot of you aren't too keen on the whole 'murdering your fellow man' thing. Which totally surprises me, since I thought we were pulled here to murder things! Or fight a war, I guess.

So this is a little informal poll!

Uh- how many of you have killed someone before? Of your own species, or close enough! Cold blood, warm blood, lots of blood- method or reason don't really matter.

If you want to give details, that'd be awesome.

--I guess I should start, though, huh? I've killed loads of people. Like a lot! [More laughter.] Buuut my world's had at least two wars just in my lifetime, so there's never been any shortage of targets, nya ha ha!

Not really. Besides, I just have this one and I can't really put him inside of anybody. I don't have the same power I did back at home.

Aw... not even a few nibbles? Put him in someone, and I bet the little guy could chew his way back out eventually!

I'm use to having thousands of these little Tease but I only have one. Until I get more, there isn't a point.

Doesn't the little guy get hungry though?

Everything gets hungry. Even I do for certain things every now and then.

Hey, I can totally sympathize with that! Everyone has needs.

From what you've told me you haven't been taking care of those needs either.

Yeah. Everywhere I go it's, 'Henry you can't kill that!' Laaaame.

[Tyki will snort a little.] I'm a little curious as to why you are listening if you don't like it.

I like orders! Someone else making the decisions is fine by me. But usually those decisions involve telling me who to kill!

I've never had an employer tell me otherwise. Not for long, nya ha!

You like orders? The only ones I ever get are too dull or boring to bother with.

Though sometimes my employer will give me something fun to do as well, like killing.

Yep. Less for me to worry about, so I can concentrate on the carnage! Entire reason why I joined the army. This place doesn't have much of one though...

But see, see? That's what's good employers do! They provide ya with targets!

That's for sure. It's just a band of heroes trapped in a city. I don't much care for that kind of thing. I'm on one side and one side only.

I kind of miss it but then I could only take orders from one person. Even then it is not much of an ordering as it is an offering.

Yeah, I don't think I'm much for the heroing deal. Hanging out with them, sure. Sometimes the best killing chances happen there, so it's worth tagging along! Not so much here. And you're on your own side, right? You pioneer, you.

Ohh... still, that's like a nice bonus! Fresh meat~

Some of them are okay in my opinion. There's always that one hero boy I can't stand to look at with his comforting smile and the way he just throws his heart everywhere. It's really annoying.

Right, right. It's better that way even if it is always the same people I get to kill.

Your heroes can throw their hearts? Whoa... Sure I've tossed organs around before, but not my own!

But yeeeah. Nice people. Don't know how they manage it!

That time it was just an expression, kiddo. I'll let you know when people can actually do that.

They leave it to the people that actually want to. The Earl knows it makes me happy.

Too bad. It'd make a pretty awesome attack, nya ha!

But yeah. That's kind of what I figured out too. Plus, if I keep doing my job right, all the nice people don't have to mess with the curses and the murdering. Everyone wins! You know Earls though?

I don't really want to be cursed but then I don't really want to be bored either. It drives me to know end. Mmhmm, I know one Earl. He's the only one that matters.

I guess it can go either way for me. You just really, really, really like it messy.
