[The dark haired guy is scowling now before raising an arm-- and promptly elbowing the blond in the gut.]

Shadow control! It's pretty fun when I can get the right sorta light source. Or dark source, I guess.

How does it work? Can you control shadows that connect to your own?

Not reallly. Not yet anyway. But I'm getting pretty good at getting the light just right so my shadow's bigger. More material to work with!

Heard it gets more impressive over time. I'm pretty new here myself, you see. But I can sort of... pull shapes out of it, turn them into different things.

There is a clan back home that possesses a technique similar to both put together. They can move their shadows, and take control of a body whose shadow becomes connected to their own.

Huuh... wish I could do something like that! I can mostly like, make a big spike for someone to trip over.

But you can just cut to the chase and get right to making people run off 'a cliffs, or cut their own throats, or- well, a lot of cool things!
