[ The feed opens on the snowy nighttime streets of the Loki district. A mocha-skinned woman with bright pink curls is bouncing (yes, bouncing) in front of the screen, her blue eyes wide with excitement. ]

It worked! It's on! Hellooooo in there, is anypony listening? Pinkie Pie here, on my way to the okie-dokie-Loki house! Not really sure how I got here from Ponyville, but-- WHUH-OH! [ The screen is a jumble of white and pink as she trips and falls in a snowbank. The fall looks like it could have hurt, but Pinkie is all smiles and giggles. This new angle reveals a lot more of that mocha colored skin-- it would appear she's been walking around naked. ]

BRRRR, that's chilly! This walking on two feet thing is tricky, I'll have to practice some more when it's light outside. Maybe I can find some skates and a pond!

[ She gets a big smile back. ] Yep! Not sure what room yet, but I'll let you know when I get there.

[ OOC: Don't actually have a room assignment yet, so we can handwave it if you want, or they can hang out in the living room or something. ]

Alright. I'll see you soon, Pinkie.

[It's a little while before she shows up, and with a small bag with clothes (just in case). Baby hesitates before entering the building, but despite that instant feeling of being unwelcome, she brings forth a smile.]

[She takes a few steps further into the building, glancing around. She has a feeling that she won't be able to miss the other girl... pony... whatever.]

[ooc: Sounds good to me! I think the living room will work, haha]

[ Pinkie would be pretty hard to miss, bouncing around the living room in a simple pair of pajamas she found upstairs, inspecting everything around her with a curious eye. As soon as the other girl walks into view, she whirls around on her. ]

Babydoll?

[She looks towards her and smiles, though it's small. Big smiles are kind of rare for Baby, after all. But she does wave.]

Hi, Pinkie. I'm glad that you found some clothes after all. [She moves the bag] I brought some anyways, just in case, so you can have them too.

Thanks! C'mon in, have a seat! Loki's casa is su casa.

[ She seems excited about the clothes (big suprise, right?). For her, clothes are only something you wear on special occasions or for some particular purpose, not everyday stuff. ]

[She looks taken aback by the sudden change in language, but realizes that it's Spanish after a moment to process. She doesn't have a clue what Pinkie said, but... she'll play along.]

Thank you. I hope they fit. I had to guess.

[ Pinkie pulls a top out and holds it up against her for half a second before stuffing her arms and neck in. A few seconds of incoherent struggling later and her head reappears out the other side. The sleeves are a little short, but she's not picky. ] Looks like it fits well enough!

[Well, Babydoll's proud enough, all things considered. The other girl is definitely... unique, but it's kind of fun.]

Yeah, well enough. [A smile] I'm glad. And that you found your house.

[Speaking of, Babydoll looks around, inspecting the house to see how it differs from her own.] I haven't really been to mine yet, but this looks pretty nice.

[twitches]

Oh? How long have you been here?

[ Don't mind her while she keeps rooting through the clothes, pulling things on at random. ]

Probably about half of a day. So not very long at all.

[She hasn't really thought of it, but it gives her a pang of guilt again, for possibly leaving her friends.] It's been... strange. I think you've dealt with it better than I have.

[ Aww, Pinkie can't bear to see her new friend with a frown! ] Don't worry, Babydoll, I'll help you adjust. And hey, at least you don't have to worry about having a brand new body!

[The smile does return, since... Well, it's a funny thought to even have to consider that. At least Pinkie is clearly not that bothered at all.]

You're right. And... thank you. [She looks back at her, then she actually (gasp!!) laughs] I hope it's not too bad for you, though.

[ Mission accomplished! ]

Aw, it's not so bad. I mean, it's pretty weird... [ She holds her hand in front of her face and wiggles her fingers, mesmerized. ] ...but it's an exciting weird, not a scary weird.

It must be. [A lighter chuckle] I don't think I would have gotten used to waking up in a new body as quickly as you have. Especially one that's so different.

When I first woke up this way I was like, *GAAAASP!* But then I found out that everybody here looks like this, so I suppose it's better than being the only pony around who doesn't.

Though I'm still half expecting to go to sleep tonight and wake up back in Ponyville my old self.
