Heeeey. So... I'm human again! Thankfully! [a cheerful thumbs-up. god, is he glad to have thumbs.] Uh, I just wanted to say thanks to everybody who looked out for me when I was a big wolf. And sorry that I couldn't explain it...

So, uh, yeah! I guess everybody knows what tɫó•kᵂali look like now. Maybe that answers some questions about whether I technically count as a werewolf.

[oh, but saying the name reminds him. seth's expression slips a little for a second, but it's gone as quickly as it comes.]

I know what you're thinking. It's—it was a curse. I can't... I really can't phase here, I promise. The gods just like to play games sometimes. [he knows it sounds like a weak excuse, but there's nothing seth can do about that.] Ask anyone, they'll tell you that curses happen all the time.

—Besides, I mean—if I was going to lie to you about whether I could phase, why would I broadcast it on the network? [right? that's logical. hopefully edward will understand.]

But you're making a promise you can't keep. I believe that you believe your words, but you're lying to yourself. Because irregardless of the cause, of the curse, the bottom line is that you can phase here. It's just further out of your control than it was back home. Who's to say the Gods won't curse you again?

Then I'll be a wolf again for a while and then I'll turn back after a day or two. [more than anything what seth wishes is that his wolf form didn't immediately scream 'threat,' that edward would believe him when seth says he wants to protect them.] It's not like I lose my sense of self when I phase... Are you worried I'm going to attack you or something?

[Well, they are enemies by nature. But mostly it's that he's still trying to come to terms with everything Seth revealed about the future... He just needs time to sort through it all.]

No, not exactly. I don't believe you'd attack me intentionally. [Maybe if he offends him again, gets him angry enough. But it's not really himself that he's worried about, it's Bella. It's always Bella.]

I just need to know what to expect. Maybe your senses weren't effected this time, but if there happens to be a next time, can you guarantee it will be the same?

Sounds like an almighty-type. Are these curses like... Normal? Do they just happen whenever or are they sort've like punishments or something?

Whoa, one at a time! [seth laughs.] Back home I can turn into a wolf whenever I want, so the gods just... cursed me into that form. It didn't hurt, I had all the senses of a wolf, and yeah, I'm still myself when I'm phased, just... furrier.

What I did? Uh... [nothing terribly exciting cries :c] Mostly I just kinda hung out... and met a few people, then went and hung out in Conan's house...

[there had been some danger of him being hunted down, so they wanted to keep him safe, but as a result he didn't really get to do much.]

Tɫó•kᵂali is the name for my pack. It means "Black Wolf Society," it's the name for the ones who have the wolf blood.

It's a lucky thing about our pack. We keep our human senses even when we're phased, although we do get a little more... uh, instinctive?

Yeah, that makes sense, and it's not like a wolf is instinctively a mad beast or anything goofy like that. They can be calm when it's appropriate.

Sort of? Not... really. Kind of. [very eloquent there, mr. clearwater.] My tribe has a bloodline that lets us transform into wolves, but it's just... human or wolf. Not like, wolf-men, you know? [which seems to be the distinguishing feature in a lot of cases.] And when I phase I still have all my own thoughts and self-control and stuff.
