[There's a pause before she speaks. She had been floundering on whether or not to make the post anonymous, but then figured, what did she have to hide? Still, the subject was rather awkward, so she does her best to put on a bright voice to hide her feelings.]
Hello, fellow Asgardians, Oswin Oswald here.
You know the tradition of people going on the network and asking deep and personal questions to everyone? And how said question tend to relate back to they asker because they're really trying to find out more about their situation?
...Nothing here that's breaking that tradition. Sorry mates, but I really have to get this figured out. Been driving me mad the past few months.
Basically what I want to know is... was anyone else dead before they woke up in Asgard? Not dying, but dead. Gone into the light, left the world and maybe even blown to bits. But then suddenly, woken up in Asgard, alive and recruited into their rather desperate army with everything intact.
Just can't help but wonder, what's going to happen to us after the war. The gods promised us a reward but can they really bring back dead people in other worlds? Seems like we might get stiffed in the end.
...Blimey, that was depressing wasn't it. Promise I'll be much cheerier next time and post something nice and fluffy about baking and cookies or something like that. No personal questions, just fun. I swear it.

[It's all she says, but it's clear what she means: she's the same, and she has only bad news to deliver.]

It's... as alright as it could be. I'm fine.

[A brief pause.]
We're lucky, right? We got a second chance.

And some have even said that I, in their time, was no longer alive. I have no memory of dying however.
[Since he was brought here long before his eventual death. ]
But I think time and death have very little meaning here.

But after death? It's pulling us out of the void, isn't it? How did they get our bodies and our consciousness?

Maybe you just get to stay here and things aren't so shitty? They stop using you as their own personal youtube skinner box?
no subject
Somehow, I doubt we'll escape being their entertainment. Not to mention, not so sure if I want to stay here if everyone else is gone.

[ W o w mental imagery was not okay. She almost died once, and it was not nearly as explosive as blowing to bits. Just. Vampires being vampires.
Somehow, as traumatizing as it had been, it still doesn't seem that bad, compared to other things.]

Lucky, right? Gods are good for something at least.

And now that person was gone.] What do you hope to gain in asking, exactly?

Maybe a bit of solidarity too. Dead girls gotta stick together.

Dead, blown to bits, insides hanging out. Whole nine yards.
As for the war, I'm going to assume they'll give us a choice?
Not that it matters a whole hell of a lot until we actually win.
But it'd be kind of shitty of them to just. Send up back to the great beyond.

Definitely shitty. Then again, they are gods. Maybe they have different definitions of shitty.

This physical body was dead. There hadn't even been anything left to bury.

Blown to bits.
