A bit preoccupied I have been with trying to learn more about this place. Of course, I still have much to learn, what with the recent events that have transpired, but I'm sure it won't be of any hindrance of things that will come up in the near future.

But that's not why I'm making this. I feel this may be a little more personal, but with the way things are, does that really matter at this point?

[He placed the rose down, his eyes shifting to the bracelet on his wrist.]

"Resolve". That word has been stuck in my mind for quite some time. What exactly does your "resolve" involve? Is it one to be admired, or is it one that is grotesque and horrifying? I've been told that mine has been rather admirable, yet to others, it might seem reckless and rather terrifying. However, I achieved my "resolve" a while back, making me rather...content.

...what is your resolve? [The rose finds it way back to his hand, as he plucks a petal from it.] I want to see if I can admire it.

Well, it's obvious, isn't it? If you keep thinking about it, then that means it does matter to you for some reason. And what kind of reasons are there that it could matter?

...I'm not a romantic sort of man. If I were, then that would be odd in and of itself. [It's true. Most of the time, he always looks apathetic towards certain subjects.]

You don't have to be romantic to enjoy a kiss, you know. Especially since you don't know if you're romantic or not until you've tried! [ She's being surprisingly wise.. especially considering the fact that it's not like Asahi herself has done this sort of thing often either. Or.. well.. at all, despite having a boyfriend. ]

It's just an easy question to answer whether you liked or didn't like the kiss, right?

If you were to call someone, at least make it some part of their name. I don't want to repeat why I think Giovanna is fine, but...blondie? Of all things... I'd rather not be named for my hair. Something about it just...pisses me off.

.. So you really do have a thing against nicknames.. [ .. weird. Well, it just seems pretty random, but in a way she can get it since he's such a serious guy and he seems to have a huge thing for giving off a certain image.. ]

Then why don't you just tell her you dislike it? It's all about communication, being honest!

Oh, I did express my disdain for it. Yet she still continues. [And Giorno he really doesn't want to say it again.]

An idiot, that one is. No matter how many times I express something, she does not understand. It's like she's the only one that opposes me in whatever I try to do. I don't get it... I don't get anything that comes from her.

[ Welcome to the world of tsunderes, Giorno. It helps that at least Asahi hasn't been tsunning to you much yet, that means there's at least one person you can understand.. ]

If you can't understand her, then the trick is to get to know more about her! You know, find out the way she thinks about things, the things thatm ake her tick - that's how you'll find out why she acts the way she does!

...find out more about her? [His scowl is pretty much being burned unto his face at this point. Does he have to? Looks like that's the only option at this point.]

...I'm not going to particularly enjoy this. Although, it would be a good learning experience to see how girls of her nature would react. [He's pretty much oblivious to the tsundere he's speaking to.]

You don't know if you'll enjoy it until you find out more about her, right? Maybe she's one of those types that's completely unapproachable on the outside, but once you get to know her she's suddenly super sweet!

I'm sure the woman is about as homely as a rock that hasn't seen civilization for the past century. Talking to her is about as exciting as...well, talking to a rather angry individual. She can't seem to take anything in stride...

No, back then, I was sure there was something that might have bugged me about it, it was then that I realized that the girl is something I would not desire, and therefore, something that would cause self-loathing.

Try to keep it reasonable? I think I have been trying to keep it reasonable to an extent so far. She's the one that says things that irritates me.
