[Blondie over here is sitting in a chair, twirling a rose in his hand.]
A bit preoccupied I have been with trying to learn more about this place. Of course, I still have much to learn, what with the recent events that have transpired, but I'm sure it won't be of any hindrance of things that will come up in the near future.
But that's not why I'm making this. I feel this may be a little more personal, but with the way things are, does that really matter at this point?
[He placed the rose down, his eyes shifting to the bracelet on his wrist.]
"Resolve". That word has been stuck in my mind for quite some time. What exactly does your "resolve" involve? Is it one to be admired, or is it one that is grotesque and horrifying? I've been told that mine has been rather admirable, yet to others, it might seem reckless and rather terrifying. However, I achieved my "resolve" a while back, making me rather...content.
...what is your resolve? [The rose finds it way back to his hand, as he plucks a petal from it.] I want to see if I can admire it.

Mm, I ain't good with the healystuff. I know someone who'd appreciate it better but... [It wasn't as if healing someone didn't come with a price here.] H..uh! So there's a power like that too? Think she'd like havin' yours even more!
[He might be blushing a very very pale shade of red.] So what didja do back home? Were you a gardener or somethin'.
[Not...that it too a special ability to grow plants. Just patience.]
Think we're in the same moat — I mean, if ya did somethin' besides garden. I uh...it's kind've a long story. Or I mean, s'complicated... [Trailing off and doing some default neckrubbing.]
I don't mind talkin' about it but s'not gonna be easy to believe.

[A gardener...he chuckled at the thought of that.] Far from it, actually. Tell me, have you ever heard of the mafia? Not that being in the mafia wouldn't actually warrant some actual gardening, but...
...there's a lot of things that are hard to believe. You wouldn't believe some things I would tell you, regarding me being in the mafia.
Plus, I have powers back at home, too. Think back to what I said regarding my powers. If I told you that, it wouldn't be easy to believe, either.
I'll deem whether or not it's a story to believe.
