[When the feed starts, Annie's sitting in a chair next to the window, fingers fidgeting with her bracelet. She's not looking at the feed, instead she's looking out the window with a dazed and confused expression.]

I-I don't understand. I... I wasn't myself... More lost than...

[Her lips press together and her gaze flickers to her bracelet and it should be pretty obvious that she is trying to focus, it's just... not easy at the moment.]

Gray and drifting.

[Her gaze snaps up suddenly.]

Where is Finnick?

(OOC: she's in the Panem kids' house. Just in case anyone was wondering.]

[Immediately Annie's entire expression lights up.]

Finnick!

[She rocks closer to the image of him.]

Where are you?

[He moves in from outside as he goes into the room and sees her. He stands at the door way for a moment taking in a shaky breath.]

Hey.

[He's almost afraid to move. After all, it's almost as if she'd disappear again if he moved too suddenly.]

Finnick...

[His name isn't much more than a whisper and immediately she's on her feet and launching herself across the room and into his arms. She's clinging tightly to him, almost as if she's afraid that if she let's go one of them will disappear.]

[He wasn't expecting that, but he probably should have. Instead of being able to catch her outright she barrels into him and he staggers back landing on the floor on his butt. He just blinks and smiles as he laughs and he hugs her tightly showering her with kisses.]

So glad you're back. I'm never letting you go.

I didn't mean to go away.

[And she didn't. She shakes her head and doesn't even care that they're both on the ground. She just cups his face between her hands and kisses him.]

I'm so sorry.

[His arms wrap around her, caging her against his chest as he makes a soft noise in the back of his throat. His lips press back against her for several moments, before he drew back kissing her forehead.]

You're here now, that's all that matters.

[She sniffles, her hands moving so she's able to cup his face between them. Just being in his arms is enough to begin to tether her back to reality and help clear the fogginess that had threatened to overcome her mind.]

It is. You're all right?

[She draws back enough to study his face, making sure he really is all there.]

Yes, I'm fine. I've been okay. You're back so I'm doing even better now.

[He lets her touch and study him, being patient with her and enjoying the touches anyway.]

[Annie nods, obviously relieved to hear that. Her thumbs gently caress his cheeks and she wishes more than anything she could say that she had missed him while she had been gone... But she hadn't felt anything.

Her eyes tear up and then she's leaning into him again, nestling her face into the crook of his neck, inhaling his scent. She never wanted to forget that again. Ever.]

[His hand reaches back to brush through her hair as he turns his face against the side of her head; he had missed her delicate fragrance and the way she felt in his arms. It was all okay again, and he leaned back and smiled pressing another kiss on her forehead and then her brow.]

I love you Annie.

I love you too. Always.

[And she did, more than she could ever possibly tell him. But he had to know how much she loved him. She smiles, her hands still cupping his cheeks. As much as people disliked Asgard, she was coming to love it, despite the times she felt it was driving her crazy. But here, they didn't have to worry about the Capitol, didn't have to worry about the war that was brewing back there. Here they had each other and that was enough for her.]

[That was exactly what he liked about Asgard. If he had still been alive back home, that definitely wouldn't have changed his mind on Asgard one bit. He had Annie, Katniss, Rue and even Gale was starting to come around. It just felt really great to be with the people he knew and most of them he trusted. His arms wrapped around her tightly.]

So glad you're back. I would have been lost without you.

[Annie smiles, resting her cheek against his shoulder. Her hands sooth down his back and really, it's just nice to be wrapped in his arms. It's a thing that will never get old. But she drew back a little, her gaze searching his.]

You'd be sad, but you're strong. Stronger than I ever was. But, I'm here and we're going to be okay.
