[After some effort, she's finally made it down to the kitchen, still miraculously in one piece. There's a bit of a red bump on her head, and some minor scuffs on her knees, which might explain why she's seated at the table for the moment. She did manage to brew up some tea at least, which she is enjoying, but judging by the soaked towels on the floor and a suspicious bandage pad stuck to her hand, it took quite a bit more effort than usual.

But all of that aside, she does look up when she hears somebody coming, and even manages a weak smile.]

Does this place operate differently, then? On a time scale?

I think so...? It's hard to tell... It felt like there weren't as many days, but I didn't try to check any of the calenders here, either. The only way I could tell was because it was cold like winter when we first got here, and then it got warmer like spring and summer before it cooled off again, and now it's cold all over again.

So that's something to look into... are you sure it isn't just because the gods like mixing things up?

It's called a television. You can watch things called movies on it! They're a little like plays, except they are on the screens instead. And you can watch them whenever you like!
