Teasure & Magic ❋action / accidental video❋ Freyr discrit
[It had been a long time coming but finally they were going to do it. They were finally going to go out and buy a harmonica. It was a trip, the two children had planning for quite a while but a lot of things happen to delay it. Quite a bit. That all changes today, it was such a nice day, even if it was a little chilly. Aladdin thought it was great time to go get Hibiki and start their harmonica adventure. Even if it was just only a district away. It couldn’t be that hard. ]
[...Or would it? Even now as they approached the shopping district, there were a ton of shops with glittering, shining, (and above all else) distracting displays. Hibiki knew that they should be able to find the music shop if they continued down this road, but she couldn’t help staring at the windows, her eyes glued to mannequins posed in playful scenes showing off the latest fashions. Or that store, filled with toys and soft plush animals! With every step, her pace slowed by a fraction...]
Th-there’s so many different stores here...!
I haven’t been down here in awhile; they do have a lot more stuff now.
[This was actually making him think of when they went to Utgard. So much amazing new things to see but they were just going after the harmonica. That’s the reason they’re there in the first place. They could go to a few of these interesting shops later...or maybe they could look now. It wouldn’t hurt to take a quick peek inside a few of these places. Aladdin looks at Hibiki before back at the shops.]
“Hey, do you want to take a look inside? We have loads of time to get the harmonica later.”
[She looks up excitedly in response.]
Can we? It’s not too much trouble?
[Polite as always. It’s a habit she just can’t drop, even around kids her age.]
It’s no trouble at all, beside I’m the one that dragged you here. So I’m taking up your time not the other way around.
[He reaches out to her, with a big smile on his face.]
Come on let’s go!
O-okay!
[With a flustered smile, she accepts his hand. To the stores!]
[A few hours later/ accidental video starts]
How about this one?
[Aladdin steps out of a dressing room for the tenth time that day. He was having a load of fun trying on stuff. Even some of the girl clothing, the clerk secretly slipped him while he wasn’t looking. He probably wouldn’t have realised it was something for girls if Hibiki hadn’t said anything. A lovely bright pink kimono with cute little sakura blooms is a bit odd for a little boy after all. This time he is wearing a dapper little outfit that looked straight out of the 1910s. With a little red bow tie, Norfolk jacket and a pair of plaid knickerbockers, and working boots. ]
You look great!
[Hibiki looks excited even as she steps out in a new costume of her own. It’s a frilly dress, almost embarrassingly so really; she had always been one for simpler outfits, but the shopkeepers seemed to be taking a certain amount of glee in playing dressup with the two children, and she couldn’t quite bring herself to turn them down. Still, its white lace suits her quite finely, and the clerk has even supplied her with a white silk flower to put in her hair.]
You look really pretty! Let’s try a few more things before we go. I think I’ll try the pirate one next what about you?
[It was sort of getting out of hand how much stuff they tried on, the shopkeepers were certainly no help. Most of the time the minute they walked out the dressing room, the clerks were there ready to hand them something new. Aladdin reaches down and nudged a large bag filled with toys out of the way to a new clothes rack. They certainly taken their sweet time in that place, the costume shoppe is taking even more time. As he picks up a hat, he suddenly looks over at Hibiki. He looks pretty perplexed.]
Do you get the feeling, we’re forgetting something.
Forgetting something?
[At this point, the clerks had happily put her in yet another dress, this one covered in a cute strawberry print. It’s quite a bit plainer than the previous outfit, but still ridiculously adorable, particularly with the strawberry-inspired ribbon tying her hair back. The clerks were really having too much fun with this.]
...Um... Was it a different outfit, maybe...? [Yeah, she’s got nothing.]
Hmm I guess it wasn’t important
[Later on they’ll wake up in the middle of the night and finally remember. Maybe next time]

[ Have a weirded out voice speaking through. But seeing Hibiki happy was a nice thing after all. ]
It's good you're both having fun, though.

[The emphasis being on the outfit more than the model. It is pretty darn cute though; a kind of fluttery green dress not unlike the one she had for the fashion contest, but this one has sleeves and sequins sewn in.]
The clerks have been giving us all kinds of things to try on!

I imagine you went around on a shopping spree today, and left the bracelet on?

Oh! Hi Ms. Hanako.

[ He's been teaching her some about rune magic, so she's glad to talk to him again. ]
Are you shopping for clothes only?
[All Audio]
Actually I don't remember why we came over here, but with all the cool stuff we could resist looking into the shops. We were at the toy store before coming in here..
