You'll get there. Kinda. I can get about five feet at the moment.

Paid housing in Baldr. Yeah, I know, but it's convenient to my work and gets me out of the hair of all the grumpy people in Baldr so I figure it's still an improvement.

Yeah. 'Cause, you need your own money. They don't take stuff from home. I had to get a job, but that's cool. Passes the time, you know?

Anything, I guess. I was lucky, I ran into a traveller who runs a tea-house, got a job waiting tables. But I figure you just go into any place you want to work and ask. The grey people, they seem to really love us, so as long as you don't mind working with people with no faces, you're set.

I don't think me waiting tables is a good idea. Taking things apart and putting them back together...that's more up my alley.

There's got to be some sort of machine-shop in the city. I mean, the Welcome Hall and the houses here use plenty of appliances, right? So stands to reason that sometimes they're gonna need repairing.
