[ O'Brien's been lucky enough that nobody's he's ever known all too well has left, despite having been here a good amount of time. So he's never really had to make a post opening like this before- but he really figures he should, despite how unfortunate the whole thing is. Or fortunate. It all depends on how this turns out- can't make a full analysis of a situation without knowing more details, after all. ]

Jasmine has left the city. It looks like her Pokemon have gone with her, but anyone who's more familiar with them and where she was staying should check if they haven't already.

I haven't been able to find Hilda either, if anyone is looking for her. But it doesn't look like she's been sent back to her world. [ Which is just as troubling. She's not the type to get herself in a situation like...the last time again, is she? And would the gods do that again after what happened the last time, on top of that? She could've just lost her bracelet, but...hm. ]

We're still looking for volunteers to help us create more emergency kits at the hospital. We're looking to have some put in more areas around each district now, in case we get attacked again on the same scale as last time. And we need people with Drawing Life to create supplies. A group of people were sent out on what the Gods called a "camping trip" a couple months ago. Baldr was sent with them for something he'd done, as punishment.

[ it's...actually pretty difficult for him to talk about this, but he can't keep how it ended from her. though he can mince details- for Hilda's sake, and Touya's, for that matter. ] They were attacked. And not all of them made it out alive.

That's awful. [ Which is putting it mildly, she realizes. ]

Do you think that's happening again?

I'm not sure. It's not likely so soon after that battle, because the Gods seem preoccupied.

[ Right, the battle. The battle that Allison missed because she lost her bracelet and turned gray. She frowns at the bracelet for a moment before she responds. ]

Well, I'll try to keep an eye out for her, but if she's lost her bracelet... [ They won't be able to recognize her. ]

Is someone taking care of her animals?

If you mean her Pokemon, I don't know what happens to them if their owner goes missing or loses their bracelet. They don't seem violent, so either way I don't think they're much of a threat just yet.

I didn't think they would be, I'm just worried about whether or not they're being cared for.

There's a good number of people from her world here. At least one of them would know how to take care of them.

That's good. I'd hate for her to come back and find out no one had bothered to check on them or anything.

It'd probably be one of her first concerns.

I can't say I'm too surprised. She seemed to really care about them when she was telling me about them.

She's still very focused on them here. It looks like most people from her world have the same feelings about them.

Yeah, she told me they were more like partners than pets. I can't say I'm surprised others feel the same way.

In any case, they might alert people themselves if something happens to one of them. They seem smart enough.

Too bad regular animals can't do that.

They don't seem to be like animals at all. I don't know if the world they're from even has them.

They seemed sort of animalish to me, but I guess you're right. That's probably why she doesn't call them pets.

They might be their world's version of animals. But people have a very different relationship with them.
