[ ohay asgard, ever seen the look of someone who's literally just gotten out of bed and scrambled to check the bracelet? because now you have. and he looks awful. if it was possible to look sleep deprived after what he's sure was the longest night (or maybe even multiple nights) of sleep he's ever had. of course, it wasn't just a normal sleep -- hence the franticness of everything he's doing right now.

it's a bit uncharacteristic, but jackson's had the video feed running for a minute or so as he stares at everything in disbelief. it might be the look of a newcomer if it wasn't for the fact that he's in his room at Thor and he doesn't look surprised at the network itself, but at the fact that it's still here. ]

I don't know if anyone— [ dreamt they were back home? no, no, that wouldn't work. what if no one knows what he's talking about. ]

I need someone — anyone — to tell me what day it is. [ his words are coming out too fast and he takes a deep breath to steady himself. ]

And what's the last thing that you remember happening here? I don't mean like you just waking up and getting food, but something major.

Whatever it was, I need to know now.

[ filtered to scott, stiles, allison, and derek ]

i need to talk to you. right now.

[ Arthur isn't so sure it's a kindness, the second chances given to the Travellers. The people deceased living again, the betrayals and losses brought to light and being unable to do anything about them; more often than not, those "second chances" seem just as difficult as the first, if not moreso.

As in the case of Morgana. Arthur's lips purse, a bitterness on his tongue that he may never be rid of. He's not angry. He's just tired. ]

She left.

[ When he returned from his brief visit to Camelot, he'd forgiven Morgana ever trespass that came to pass in the year lost between them. Her every evil, every cruelty; he let it all go in favour of keeping her at his side.

And the moment she dreamt it, the instance she felt the change stir within her, she walked away without a word.

Arthur lowers her eyes and shakes his head minutely, his own confusion and upset and hurt warring within him. She betrayed him in Camelot and forsook him in Asgard. He thinks, perhaps, destiny might never allow them to be at each other's side, and that loss - it hurts. He opens his mouth to speak, loses the words, and shakes his head again. ]

I can't claim to know of your trials, Jackson, and it is your business to keep it as such, but. If there is anything I would ask of you, it is that you find the strength to remember yourself beneath the burdens placed upon you. Whatever path you decide upon, make certain it is one you chose, and not one you let circumstance choose for you.

[ They are given more freedom to do so here than in their native realms. If they are to live two lives, they may as well live one of them properly. ]
