[ the feed clicks open and there is robb, looking a tad worn and disgruntled. he's just come back from being gray and colour - colour is a shot of relief -- like the feeling of sweet summerwine down your throat. he barely remembers anything. only the war, and arya disappearing and then nothing.

he's always figured it was part of some promise to return them. that the next time he would open his eyes - he'd be on the battlefield, or the eyrie or winterfell. somewhere familiar - but he isn't. he's still here.

his voice is perhaps, hoarser then. the after effect of not having spoken for what feels like a near month. he's glad the bracelet is with him again, as is grey wind. ]

I had thought the gods kind enough to deliver me out of their service. It seems they place me back.

[ a beat. ]

I suppose it is pleasant to have something to protect. How is your liege lord settling in?

Very well, thank you. We have an apartment in the Baldr district. It's much more convenient than living in separate districts.

[robb]

[ that's one of the things he's been meaning to do. arrange a house for he and arya, jon and sansa. ]

I should need to make those arrangements as well.

[ and a just in case, because why not? the house charming and the house pendragon have been made his allies - why not this one? ]

Is your prince open to discussing allegiances?

[sparkling_eyes]

I could ask him, if you'd like. I'm sure he'd at least be willing to meet with you to discuss a potential alliance.

[robb]

[ he's honestly a wee bit paranoid. if the lannisters were to ever arrive then he wants to make sure that he's prepared for it. because if he has to leave, how can he be sure his kin will receive protection? ]

I should wish that. It is good to find friends in a realm where things of that sort are scarce.

[sparkling_eyes]

Of course! But with my Prince's blessing, we can make it official. Or as official as things get in Asgard, I suppose.
