[She is quiet, her disposition is frigid. It should be noted the woman who frequently wears a long, white druid robes is now spotting green robes. The color of an ovate; if Regina was asked, she would merely explain that they are her real robes, the true color of her rank in her faith. Nonetheless, Regina appears to be fine, if not leaving something on a make-shift altar while bowing her head in a prayer. She's not oblivious- it's Regina's way of stating she's okay. She just doesn't really feel the need to say any "thank yous" or "here I am".

She hides it so well -- Regina is more than just upset, she's very angry. Regina only does this because she cares about a few people.]

It needs more offerings, this simply won't do, will it?

[Of course, anyone who approaches her will have to use extreme caution.]

[Bran will send a text message, for her to read and reply to when she feels like it. He is good at waiting for people to come around when he wants to.]

What kind of offerings does it need?

[Only for him, she'll respond to a text. He soothes her, too, as much as being out in the park.]

Something to show gratitude. I'm afraid I am not sure what I can come up with in this world.

I assume something that was created by your hands would be the most treasurable that you could offer in this world. [Short of something that remains from home, or a loved one's present.]

Yet? [It sounds like there is a "but" in that sentence.]

[For lack of better words, blood sacrifices, but Regina doesn't want to frighten him.]

Maybe those will arrive at some point. [He shrugs lightly, though that doesn't show through the voice feed.] All kinds of people come and leave again, some rather quickly.

I would hope so, but that would rather be more accustomed to what I've learned.

[Mordred has made a nest for himself in Morgana's room, though by now it is more of comfort rather than true hiding. He knows for the moment he is safe in this house, in this room.

Though the face he wears remains distant and almost emotionless, the absence of a frown is telling of his relief to see her]

Regina.

[Regina hasn't forgotten. She looks somewhat disappointed he's hiding (in her eyes) from others like this. She also hasn't forgotten she nearly lost her mind over what he told her. And then it all comes back, that heavy weight that sinks into her shoulders. It makes Regina look like a travel-weary woman.]

Hello, Mordred.

[He always will be in some fashion, Regina, until he is grown and Destiny comes to take him up in the folds of her robes and move him as her knight and have him lift his weapon for her. For now it is a game of survival.

But at this moment, he is content.]

...are you safe?

[He will not use the word 'alright'. He's been told enough to know the word has no place here.]

[Far, far too young and it hits too many nerves. Just once, she'd like to see a child druid live in peace.]

[The frown returns]

[He's uncertain if the two parts of those statements are related]

[She will be gentle with this; so many fear her kind because of what she is. Regina is stern, yet fragile.]

To keep my mind, yes.

[His frown deepens pensively]

I do not understand.

The last thing I want to do is frighten you, Mordred. Sometimes extreme measures must be done to make sure I don't hurt others.

....Do you mean...you are like the woman with red hair?

A demon?

[The question is asked quietly and softly, with no trace of fear, nor even a change in Mordred's usual steady distant tone]

Half blooded, yes.

[He looks down apologetically]

[And Regina can't help but turn the other way.]

....You do not frighten me.

[Now Regina is really frowning. He's far too young to learn the nature of nephilim and what they're capable of. Eating others, that is, when they're at their lowest point. The idea of hurting Mordred and-

It hurts her heart just to think about it. She can't tell him any of this, he's far too young. He's seen too much, at least spare him that much.]

Are you for certain?

[She asks this when she knows very well Myrddin and the other druids didn't seem to care.]

[He nods solemnly. He fears those who do wish to instill fear in him. Those akin to Uther. Men. Wicked men.

She has said the words herself, she has no desire to frighten him.

Therefore, she does not.]

[It's a weight off her shoulders as Regina sighs in relief. This poor doesn't deserve anymore stress.]

I wished to tell you that now I live in the house of Morgana and Arthur Pendragon.

Have you now.

[He nods, eyes peeking upward]

I stay in Morgana's chambers.

And what has Arthur and his father said?

Morgana and Arthur have told me I will be safe....

[Uther Pendragon does not factor into this calculation]

I hope that they do, I would like to ensure that.

Morgana is a friend...we are the same. She hid me when I was to be executed at her own risk.

If she was like Morrigu, it wouldn't surprise me.

But we can never trust this place or it's people, Mordred. Staving off others work for so long and we can barely practice in piece.

[There is hesitation when she mentions practice.]

Mordred, it's alright. Nothing will come to you, you're welcome back here at any time.

Intact, I see. Give me a call if you need control next time. You don't need to be doing this to yourself in the future.

[Her tone was almost painfully matter-of-fact. In reality, she was quivering a little. Something felt off about the whole situation, and the idea of 'helping' Regina frankly concerned her after their last run in and prior conversations. However, she also did not want to 'sound' afraid right about now.

That was a good way to paint a target on her back in her experience.]

[It's nothing personal to her -- all those humans gathering to help her and Regina wasn't able to heal. Her pride hurts, just a little. She sniffs.]

I'll consider it.

[She could sympathize, honestly, even considering that she was one of those who was pushing the help on the woman. Maybe it was her reaction to having it pushed on her.]

I'll keep an eye out in the meantime.

[It's hard to tell if she's better about that, not that Regina was looking to die that easily, anyway. She almost wishes she blocked that out too.]
