[After her startling arrival and running about the place in a panic, Elraine had somehow managed to stumble upon her room...Where she then promptly passed out on her bed while completely ignoring the fact that her pants were covered in slush.
Sadly, this "dream" of hers doesn't seem to be evaporating anytime soon, and upon awakening, she was back into a slight panic while trying to remember the maid's instructions without being completely overwhelmed. So have a little audio post of Elle trying out her bracelet:]

I guess it's working? Testing...This is a little confusing... [Despite the exasperated tone to her voice, there's a mix of heavy fatigue and a strained quality that's from her trying to remain calm.]

Ummm, for everyone that can hear this, I'm Elraine Figarette. [There's a long pause but mostly because she's not sure if anyone can really hear this. That and she's anxious about how much she should say and how much would be too much.]

Okay, I'm going to name a few things and places...So, if any of them mean something to you, can you please contact me? However you do it...

[One more long pause, and she let's out a sigh.] I'm not too sure how this...is even happening, but I would appreciate more information about what's going on. Thank you.

If you've read the letter, Oneechan, you know just about as much of what is going on as anyone does!

Of your words -- I've heard Militaire and Troy before.

[Before Elle answers, she just stares at the sudden video of the boy and wavers between shock and distress in silence. Why was someone so young here? That wasn't right.]

I read a little of it, yes. [Waking up in a near panic-attack makes it hard to read though.]

There's a couple of things we've worked out that aren't in the letter!

Um, militaire's French, right? It means 'military.' Then Troy's the name of the City in the Greek legend, the one that eventually fell to the wooden horse trick.

...Military is correct, but I'm not familiar with what "French" is. And I don't mean Troy as a place either.

[A sigh.] Never mind that then. What kind of things aren't in the letter?

It's the language originating in France -- ah, I guess that means as much to you as the rest of your words do to me, huh?

Well, the letter only tells you about your patron god. Really, there's 9 of them, and they all have their own hall in their own district!

Troy is a disease...It's also known as the "vanishing disease".

Well, the first two are large countries, so if you don't know them, I highly doubt you're from my world. Nagin and Beigar are two of the races that make up the people of my world too.

But, essentially--you're right in sayin' I'm not where you're from. I'd remember races named along those lines.
